Current progress. This is what I eat since Dec 2015.
Monday to Friday - Low Carb
Meal 1: Solid meal
- 1 serving of Whey + 70g of Oats
- Scramble Eggs (4 egg whites + 2 egg yolks + 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese)
Meal 2: Liquid meal (Pre-workout)
1 serving of Whey Isolate + 7g BCAA + 100mg Caffeine
Meal 3: Liquid meal (Post-workout)
30g of Dextrose + 7g BCAA + 1 serving of Whey Isolate
Meal 4: Large Solid meal
- 3 Grilled Chicken Thighs (marinated with BBQ sauce)
- 1 bowl of Broccoli
Meal 5: Large Solid meal
- 2 piece of Fried Dory Fish (about 320g)
- 1 pieces of Salmon Steak (about 200g)
- 1 bowl of Broccoli
Protein: 220g
Carbohydrate: 110g
Fat: 115g
Calories: 2355 - 2400
Saturday & Sunday - Refeed (IIFYM method)
Macros: High Carbs, Low/Moderate Fats, Low Protein.
Calories: around 3500 kcal.
P.S - Definitely not the healthiest and best fat-loss diet. Fitness is a lifestyle and is all about being consistent. The key for long term result is not about following the best/healthiest diet, but to commit eating the food that you can sustain while getting results for long term!

❤️ส่วนผสมดัดแปลงได้ตามชอบกันเลยนะคะ
1. อัลมอนด์ + เม็ดมะม่วงหิมพานต์ (ถั่วหรือธัญพืชตามชอบ)
2. ข้าวโอ๊ต (Rolled Oats) (2 ถ้วย)
3. น้ำผึ้ง (2-3 ช้อนโต๊ะ)
4. น้ำมันรำข้าว King - Oryzanol 6,000 ppm (1ช้อนโต๊ะ)
📌 เคล็ดลับ
1. การคั่วไฟปานกลาง และควรจะคนๆ อยู่ตลอด เพื่อกระจายความร้อน (ในคลิปใช้กระทะเล็กไปนิ๊ส คนลำบาก)
2. คั่วจนสีเปลี่ยนเป็นสีน้ำตาลก็ยกขึ้นมากระจายๆใส่จาน รอให้เย็น แล้วเก็บใส่ขวดหรือกล่อง ปิดฝาให้สนิท เก็บไว้กินได้ทั้งเดือนเลยค่ะ
3. อาจจะเพิ่มรสชาติด้วยผลไม้อบแห้ง ลูกเกด หรือ แคนเบอร์รี่
📍กินอยู่อย่างคนผอม หุ่นดี สุขภาพดี ต้องควบคุมอาหารอย่างต่อเนื่อง กินครบ 3 มื้อ ในปริมาณที่พอเหมาะ ควบคู่กับการออกกำลังกายอย่างสม่ำเสมอ และพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอด้วยนะคะ

I want to share this daily remedy that has been working amazingly well for me. I am so thankful for it and I am so excited to share it with you guys. I am a little nervous about this video though because I show some pretty horrific pictures of a skin reaction that I had not long ago. But ahh well... sometimes, poo happens lol!
During my skin reaction, I had to cleanse my face with oatmeal since the chemicals from my cleansers were aggravating my skin even more. Now that my skin has recovered, I STILL clean my face with oatmeal. Why? I have seen the benefits and I find that the more I use it, the better the condition of my skin has become.
Do you know that oatmeal is an incredible cleanser for the skin? It has the ability to relieve itchiness, redness, dryness and minor irritations. It absorbs and removes dirt & impurities whilst exfoliating the skin gently without all the harmful chemicals (found in a lot of our skincare products). It also helps the skin to fight against free radicals because it's so abundant in anti-oxidants. Result? Smoother, clearer and brighter skin without the $$$
Whilst rinsing the face, I can already feel my skin feeling silkier. My face looked glowy, radiant and smooth. I can't actually explain how much I love this remedy so hopefully you guys can see the results yourself through pictures. Both oatmeal AND yogurt has saved my skin many times. Unlike a lot of cleansers, this won't dry out your face or irritate your skin. It works wonders! My skin has thanked me visually.
I really hope you guys find this video helpful. I wish somebody told me this remedy earlier. I felt like I raved so much about natural yogurt that I kind of neglected how amazing the oatmeal cleanser was. I recommend everybody (who isn't allergic to oats) to try this for sure.

PPPS. To those who are asking, Chubbi has lost a lot of fur because she's 5 months old now. She's shedding her puppy coat and will grow her Pomeranian coat but it will take around 5 months. She will be fluffy again soon! Promise!

Ingredients: 7 inch round cake pan
For the base:
30g almond
40g rolled oats
30g oil
30g dates
For the filling:
150g cashew nuts
100g blueberry
130g sweetener
200g coconut milk
200g water
1 1/2 tsp agar powder(there's no substitution for this as this is coagulant)
2 tbsp kudzu starch(you could use other kind of starch or even skip this. starch gives a kind of chewy texture)
200g bluberry
Instructions:
1. put all the ingredients of the base into a container of food processor and blend well.
2. put the mixture in a cake pan evenly. bake at 350F/180C for 15 min.
3. put all the ingredients of the filling together and blend with high powder blender.
4. gently heat the mixture up with low to medium heat until it thickens.
5. place another 200g blueberries on the base then pour the filling mixture.
6. leave in a fridge for a few hours.

カシューナッツ 150g
ブルーベリー 100g
きび砂糖 130g
ココナッツミルク 200g
水 200g
葛粉 大さじ2
粉寒天 小さじ1.5
ブルーベリー 200g
「作り方」
1、ベース生地の材料を全てフードプロセッサーでよく撹拌し、型に敷き詰める。
2、180℃で15分焼く。
3、フィリングの材料をブレンダーでよく撹拌する。
4、弱火〜中火にかけてとろみがつくまで温める。
5、ブルーベリー200gを型に敷き詰め、フィリングを流し込む。
6、冷蔵庫で2〜3時間冷やしたら出来上がり。
