🔺 Visas and residency
Q1⃣: If foreign nationals have entered or resided in the People’s Republic of China, including Hong Kong and Macao, within the past 14 days, and are eligible for visa-free, landing visa, or e-visa treatment, or are in possession of a valid visa, are they still barred from entry into the Republic of China (Taiwan)?
A1⃣: They are barred. Any foreign national who has entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, within the past 14 days may not enter the Republic of China (Taiwan) even if eligible for visa-free, landing visa, or e-visa treatment or if in possession of a valid visa.

Q2⃣: If foreign nationals have entered or resided in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, over the past 14 days but have a special reason to enter Taiwan, may they apply at ROC missions abroad for a visa?
A2⃣: They may not. The Central Epidemic Command Center has announced that from February 6, all areas of the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, are listed as being severely affected by the novel coronavirus outbreak (areas of level 2 or higher). Thus, even where special circumstances exist, ROC missions abroad will not accept visa applications for anyone having entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, within the last 14 days.

Q3⃣: May foreign nationals in possession of a valid Taiwan Resident Certificate who have entered or resided in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, over the past 14 days return to Taiwan?
A3⃣: They may. However, as all areas of the PRC are now designated level 2 or higher—severely affected by the novel coronavirus outbreak—anyone who has entered or resided in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, shall, after passing through immigration, abide by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) Measures for Following Up on Persons at Risk of Infection and self-quarantine at home for 14 days.

※ Notes concerning home self-quarantine: (CECC Feb. 5 update)
🔸 Where the relevant authority has issued a Novel Coronavirus Health Declaration and Home Quarantine Notice, the individual is to wear a surgical mask and return home for home quarantine.
🔸 The local borough chief or borough clerk shall call the individual every day during the 14-day period to ask about the individual’s health status, and shall record the information obtained on a Health Status Record.
🔸 During the quarantine period, the individual is to stay at home (or designated location) and not go out, and may not leave the country or use public transport.
🔸 Symptomatic individuals will be sent to designated medical facilities for tests; the relevant health authority will also begin active monitoring.
🔸 Individuals not adhering to the CECC’s prevention measures will be penalized under the Communicable Disease Control Act and, where circumstances warrant, be forcibly placed.

🔺 Immigration and inspection
Q4⃣: May foreign nationals, who ever transited through the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, be allowed to enter Taiwan?
A4⃣: They may. However, foreign nationals who ever transited through the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, in the past 14 days before arriving in Taiwan shall self-isolate at their home and be under home quarantine for a period of 14 days.

Q5⃣: May foreigners who have entered or resided in China enter Taiwan if they have stayed in one or more other countries for 14 days or longer since leaving China?
A5⃣: The current temporary visa and entry restrictions apply to foreigners who have entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, within the past 14 days. If, upon arrival in Taiwan, a foreigner has not entered or resided in the aforementioned regions in the last 14 days, the original regulations shall apply.

Q6⃣: How is the 14-day window calculated with respect to these entry restrictions?
A6⃣: The 14-day window refers to the 14 days prior to entering Taiwan. For instance, if one were to enter Taiwan on February 15, the 14-day window would extend from February 1 to February 14.

Q7⃣: How will the government determine whether or not a foreigner has visited the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, in the past 14 days?
A7⃣: This will be determined based on the foreign traveler’s passport entry/exit stamps or airplane/ship ticket(s) from the previous trip(s).

Q8⃣: May ROC citizens who possess dual citizenship and have entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, in the past 14 days enter Taiwan using a foreign passport?
A8⃣: No. Foreign passport holders who have entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, in the past 14 days and do not possess a valid Taiwan Resident Certificate may not enter Taiwan.

Q9⃣: Will foreign travelers be stopped from entering Taiwan and deported at the airport if they have entered or resided anywhere in the PRC, including Hong Kong and Macao, in the past 14 days? And if the airlines mistakenly allowed them to take their flight, or the travelers were unaware of the current restrictions, will such foreign travelers be allowed to travel to a third location?
A9⃣: All foreigners failing to abide by related ROC (Taiwan) regulations shall be deported to the country from which they arrived. They may be deported to a third location depending on airline arrangements and their own eligibility.

A🔟: When formulating these regulations, epidemic information released by the World Health Organization and the border control measures taken by European countries, the United States, and neighboring countries were taken into consideration. Every day we wake up, we face many things. People hit the heart to bounce. This way. Almost every second. It's light.

Some days, I feel like a ping pong ball that was beaten to be angry. Hit to be jealous, hurt in the direction that people and destiny hit us.

Looking at this dimension as if we wake up each day to " be " treated " from everything around like we live to be " doer

Automatically, most people choose to be " doer " without knowing. If you think quickly, being a doer is tired and painful. But in fact, the one who chooses to be a doer is less tired than choosing to be " doer " for life.

Every time we choose to be a "doer" we allow ourselves to complain. We throw responsibility to others to give fate to the sky. We push the burden to everyone. Everything is wrong except ourselves.

I have an appointment and go late. I blame traffic jam. I don't understand. I blame opponents. I don't work. I look for who should be blamed. Love is not fulfilled. We point my

This is how tired and easy it is. Just point your finger at others and accept the pain caused by being " doer we are not responsible for life. Besides, we can also ask for sympathy from those around you.

Being a "doer" often makes us weak and used to do it often, the more we specialise in pushing the burden and throwing mistakes to others.

Without knowing, we will slowly become people who feel like this life is not mine or I was born to be struck by fate.

When you don't take responsibility for your own life, others and other things control our lives.

Because we don't " do " with life, life " does " to us.

This kind of habit, if you keep collecting, we will become weak, discouraged, bored in it. Whether it's studying, work, relationship and may take over our whole life.

So it is the difference of those who live by seeing themselves as " President " of the sentence and those who live by seeing themselves as " Karma " of the sentence.

The President will write sentences, "I did this different from the karma who wrote the sentence," this is done to me

"it's me who endured the pain from trying to make him love"

"Co-workers are so bad. We can't make our job go to dream"

"I don't change my colleagues to dream together"

This is just an example. We can change the sentence that put ourselves in the position of " Karma " that was committed in front of the sentence to be " President " which is the one who has committed to life for many more choices.

What's different is that as soon as we bring ourselves as "Chairman" of a sentence in life, we will change the idea of what I should do. Good for that situation

In that second we will see that we can choose.
In that second we will see that we can change lives.
In that second we will see that we can solve the problem.
In that second we will see that we are free

Free from being determined by other fate. At least we can step out of that problem. Step out of suffering. Don't sit still and complain or think like "doer"

We open our arms and take responsibility for our lives. It may be heavier than throwing mistakes to others. But this is the only way we can change our lives without waiting for others to change.

When we take responsibility, our life will be powerful.

When we are "Chairman" we will act.

When we act, we will be free to the bad things we thought were the things that hurt us, irritated, stuck.

Not allowing them to be done. We will rise to do our own lives.

When will I start to feel like my life is not happy or dead. Try to sit still and look at yourself if we live by complaining about other people more than standing up to take responsibility for your life.

過去幾天看過越來越多台灣的公眾人物在叫WHO讓台灣參加. 在現在新冠狀病毒的疫情狀況中我看過阿滴英文跟吳鳳的影片後我也覺得我要試試看自己試試看.

This is an open letter to the World Health Organization about including Taiwan as a member or observer. Why should Taiwan be included in the WHO and WHA?

Over the past few days, more and more figures in Taiwan such as 阿滴英文 Ray Du and 吳鳳 Rifat have been stepping out as proponents of the WHO considering inclusion of Taiwan into the world health organization amid the threat of the 2019 novel coronavirus epidemic. Seeing these pleas has motivated me to do my part.

Dear WHO,
I’m Brian. An American citizen who spent a good portion of my childhood living abroad in St. Kitts, and have been living and working in Taiwan for the past 10 years.

As an American citizen and having lived in St. Kitts and Taiwan, I’ve seen and experienced a wide range of medical facilities, practices, and benefits.

In Taiwan, I’ve without a doubt experienced the best quality of healthcare out of those three places.

Due to the unique history of Taiwan, it has been excluded from participating in the WHO. However, over the past months and especially in the past weeks since the seriousness of this 2019-nCoV outbreak have come to be realized, many leaders and people of influence from around the globe including the USA, Japan, Canada, Germany, Australia and others.

I have faith in Taiwan’s ability to aid in the battle against this new coronavirus, not only because of my knowledge of the affordable healthcare that’s available to all here, but also because the technology and procedures here are extremely modernized.

Taiwan has a highly skilled force of researchers, physicians, and medical professionals who could all be great assets in the worldwide fight to control this outbreak and minimize casualties.

The experience Taiwan has accumulated in the past while dealing with pandemics such as swine flu, mers, and sars have allowed professionals to learn the necessary skills and precautions to take to help thwart these types of outbreaks, and as a member of the who and wha, the skills of these amazing people could help not just in a local level, but on a global scale to contribute to the attainment by all peoples of the highest possible standard of health.

2代目にあたるジェンマは排気量249ccのスクータータイプ（ビッグスクーター）のオートバイである。2007年東京モーターショーで初公開され、2008年7月28日に発売された。

スズキが先に販売する同排気量のビッグスクーターにはスズキ・スカイウェイブがあるが、ジェンマの方が輪間距離が長く、全高が低い。これは2名乗車時の快適性を求めているからである。同様のロー・アンド・ロングのコンセプトを持つビッグスクーターにはホンダ・フュージョンやヤマハ・マグザムがあるが、異形ヘッドライトが特徴的なフロントマスク、車体同色のクラッチカバーとマフラーカバー等、デザインは先行二車と比較して斬新である。

2人乗りを意識して後席が他のスクーターに比べ座席の高さも足置きの高さも低くなっているため、収納スペースはフルフェイスヘルメット一個分であり、ビッグスクーターとしては広い部類ではない。こうしたビッグスクーターの収納スペースはシート下に設けられるのが一般的だが、ジェンマはシートの前に設けられており、そのため乗車しながらヘルメットを出し入れすることが可能である。
