No matter what stage of life we’re at, it’s easy for us to feel disqualified by our “human” limitations. I preached about how they’re never too young or too old to be used by the Lord and be a testimony of His glory!
No matter what age we might be at, we don’t have to be hindered by the world’s timetable for good success. Just like Caleb of the Bible—who walked in the same giant-killing strength at 40 and 80 years old—we can trust God to make us strong and bold. As followers of Christ, we are called to rise up against the standards of the world and shine!

Beloved, as you lay hold of God’s promises in His Word for you, you’ll begin to walk in His supernatural strength and irresistible favor—regardless of your age!

You can't burn fat in a specific area (belly, triceps, chest, legs) by doing a specifically targeted muscle group exercise. However, the title of this video "Fat Burning Abs Workout", is a couple of different abdominal exercises in a circuit form, added active rest that keeps your heart rate firing at a higher rate throughout the entire 4 minutes of this workout. Therefore, you will burn more calories/fat with this type of workout routine. Of course, the fitter you are the more rounds you can go = more calorie burn.

A 20 minute non-stop muscles and heart rate pumping workout for every intermediate/advanced trainer.
This routine will not only burn stubborn fat but it will also improve your fitness level and muscular endurance. This workout is doable for strong-beginner, all you need to do is follow the modification.
Warming up your body before training is crucial. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm-up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with slow-moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. As a warm-up, you can do Round 1 with a slow-moderate pace before you start your actual working pace.
