The best thing for me today is that I had a chance to give a little inspirational speech for the graduates of University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce. This time I didn't have that much time to prepare as I just knew that I was selected to be given a Honorary degree (Ph.D.) from the University of Thai Chamber of Commerce. So I gave them two short thoughts of what I always imagine to myself. If I was 21 and about to graduate, what should i know, and what I will be facing?? My worst fear and anxiety at that time is not poverty but failure. Failing and mistake are hard to avoid no matter how good or how skilful you are. I'm the one who always learn from them time and time until they've turned to be priceless experiences. But still, I know i'll be facing them again. The point behind this is that to learn from your mistake and the courage to fail are the key to success!! as there are no where in the world you can learn from but to face them yourself. Nothing can teach us like our own experience, it automatically goes through your brain. I want to use this opportunity to encourage those who are facing failure or mistake to learn from them and never give up. (How good would that be if everyone is being supportive to those who failed and giving them a chance to learn from it.) The next thing that is no less important is immediate implementation (To do it right away). There are hundreds of reason why it is so important to this generation, but what i value most is to find your life goal. I feel lucky to go for it since I was young. We might have hundreds of choice, but it's not easy to choose just one and go for it. "To do it" might not be a cool word, but at least it helps us know that we are not dreaming, and how realistic our goal is. Implementation makes us not to lie to ourselves, helps us learn from mistake, and again learning from mistake is a key to success!! So why delaying?? Why are we still dreaming at night and waking up with nothing change?? Now if you realize, go out there and fight for it, make it happens, and never give up. Because the most regretful thing is to give up today, while success could be as close as tomorrow.

I haven't cried often when I watched a movie for a long time. It means I sing many times in a movie. But this movie made me cry until I couldn't count. Because from the first ten minutes, I was crying when I "released the rocket off the base" and Ocky walked. Going to school.

The movie is over. Someone close to me why I cried so much and tease that I sing like an Ocky. I nodded. I thought some of my childhood would be like Ocky. I have insecure in some things. Wearing a spaceman hat to cover my face when I meet someone like this space and run away from this planet some days, but it shouldn't be just me that way. I think many people should have had a day like this.

I question myself why this movie hits so bad. I think the movie goes deep under the shell of humanity that is not about the look, gender, race, religion, political ideology, etc.

What is deeper than all that I say is "humanity" we have like each other. Afraid, worried, confused, weak, cuddle, and beautiful.

The movie shows us the "behind the scenes" of life. Even we can continue thinking that even the characters that the movie doesn't explain, there should be a sympathetic life.

So I don't feel angry with Julian's parents for showing up at the end of the story because I know that if I give me a little more time to get to know each other, we will understand them for doing this.

I used to sit and look at friends who are in a relationship and think that each person has "special skills" to survive. Some people may not like to do it, but there is a skill that brings life away. Some people don't say no. But if you try to write this like a flower in the middle of the page. Some people have skills to create laughter. What? Am I hiding something? Before you guys jump to congratulate us, let me stop you there by letting you all know that there is NO bun in the oven. I took this pic yesterday. Truth is, at almost one year postpartum, I still look 4-5 months pregnant. Everywhere else skimmed down except my lower tummy region. I’m sharing this pic just as a reminder that my postpartum body is extremely common thanks to abdominal separation also known as diastisis recti caused by both my pregnancies. Not gonna lie, I have unfollowed an Instagram page that shares postpartum bodies because even though it was supposed to inspire me, it ended up depressing me. I mean, I’m happy for these mothers getting back in shape but I searched and scrolled for a body that looked like mine and realised I couldn’t find it. Reason? We are all different. Why shouldn’t we share more of these postpartum bodies? Why wait until you see abs again? I’ve lost a total of 21kg of baby weight and I should be proud of myself. For all I know, I may have this pooch for quite a while. However, this pooch is also a reminder to me that I am strong and capable. You don’t have to give yourself a reason to love yourself. You just do it. From the moment I existed, my body has taken care of me. Through every cut, bruise and illness, it healed. What’s more, it brought two beautiful babies into the world. Hi, I'm SLS. Here's our 300k special video. I recorded this video for almost a whole afternoon. NG several times, and It's pretty hard for me playing on an unfamiliar piano, especially a heavy one like Steinway. I've tried my best. All the songs you heard in this video are the songs we've done before in this channel. (or in the future LOL) They're the memories for both you and me.
