【澳洲撞車事件簿】

今日唔畫畫，想同大家分享一件關於喺外國撞車嘅往事，呢件事係當時發生嗰陣唔夠膽講，而家事後先夠膽拎返出嚟講返。

話說2017年嗰陣啱啱去維記澳洲航空飛冇耐，對於墨爾本非常之新鮮，記得嗰陣條線啱啱開，啲飛行pattern勁長，飛到去澳洲閒閒地都有2-3日stay。不嬲都話澳洲啲同事係好好嘅，佢哋好到係會揸埋車去你酒店接你出去玩。

有一次，我飛墨爾本有個長stay，有個同事原本約咗揸車帶我去睇十二門徒石(Twelve Apostles)，咁佢架車咁啱屋企人要用，於是我哋就去租車公司求奇租架車嚟揸。我本身係有國際牌，喺墨爾本機場附近啲租車公司租咗架車之後，有另外兩個澳洲同事打嚟話又想一齊去，於是我哋就去佢哋屋企車埋佢哋出發喇。

由Melbourne City Centre去Twelve Apostles沿住Great Ocean Road揸總共差唔多要4.5個鐘車程，途中會經過叫Geelong嘅小城市，我哋夜晚會喺十二門徒石附近一個叫Port Campbell嘅小鎮住一晚，第二日先真係去睇喺十二門徒石。

我哋去到Geelong已經係lunch time，就落車行下、食下嘢、影下相，然後就上返車繼續向目的地出發。由於成日要揸咁多個鐘，而我哋個個都識揸車嘅，所以成個過程都大家take turn輪流揸。

由Geelong繼續直往Port Campbell間旅館嘅路途上，天色已經慢慢陰暗，仲開始落起大雨。有喺Great Ocean Road揸過車嘅朋友應該知道，本身呢條路係一條好長嘅公路，而且長時間都喺懸崖邊，途中仲左曲九曲十三彎，而家仲要落緊雨，個路面係超跣！

到我哋揸揸下𠴱陣，出面已經天都黑晒，得啲好微弱、一點點嘅路燈引領住條路，雨大到個水撥要校到最快。由於我哋之前喺Geelong逗留得耐咗，加上落雨我哋唔敢揸得太快，所以我哋遲遲都未到旅館，旅館亦都打畀我哋，問我哋到邊。

呢個時候，當澳洲同事A揸緊車嘅時候，坐喺隔離嘅澳洲同事B突然從一直開住嘅Google Maps上留意到澳洲同事A咁啱miss咗，冇喺啱啱應該要轉右嘅路口轉右，就隨口講咗句：「You shoud have turned right。」澳洲同事B唔知點解突然勁驚，起勢咁扭右軚，企圖要轉返入啱啱miss咗嗰個路口。但奈何，miss咗就係miss咗！架車不受控咁剷咗上路面轉角位嗰個小山坡，向住個民居一直剷、一直剷，直到撞到個圍欄終於剎停咗。

喺車上嘅我哋真係嚇到鼻哥窿都冇肉，停車即刻睇下咩事。點知個山坡啲草被架車剷到冇晒，間民居個圍欄成個被我哋撞到爛晒……而架車呢，前面成個車牌甩咗，連個bumper都搖搖欲墮……我哋企咗喺度，又落住雨，都唔知點算好……

當然我哋諗第一件事係一定唔可以就咁走咗去，因為覺得周圍應該都有閉路電視。我哋有諗過報警，但我哋個位置係荒山野嶺，唔知要等幾多警察先嚟。我哋覺得，既然呢間係一間民居，應該有人喺入面，於是我哋就走去敲門，點知敲咗好多次都冇人。最後，我哋寫咗一張道歉字條，上面話話對唔住我哋撞爛咗你屋企個圍欄，仲留埋我哋嘅聯絡資料，等個屋主之後可以聯絡我哋。

叫做處理完呢舊蘇州屎之後，我哋上返車，發現架車仲撻得著，於是我哋搵咗條繩綁住個甩咗嘅車牌，就揸住架bumper搖搖欲墮嘅車繼續去旅館。到咗旅館，我哋同個老闊一五一十講晒成件事，佢覺得好amazed，典解我哋可以爛車都可以揸到去佢嗰度，之後仲幫我哋輕輕修理咗一下。

到咗第二日，我哋就繼續揸住呢架爛車去Port Campbell睇日出，然後去埋睇Twelve Apostles，再沿路返返Melbourne City Center。到咗還車嗰陣，好彩我哋租車嗰陣係買咗最貴嗰份保險，到最後一蚊都唔洗賠。雖然係咁，我哋都好內疚撞欄咗佢架車，點知個員工話：「唔緊要，你哋已經係今日第8個客人撞爛車。」原來Great Ocean Road撞車，佢哋係當食生菜……

咁撞爛屋企圍欄個屋主事後點呢？話說話咗大約兩星期後，個屋主打嚟，叫我哋唔洗擔心。原來澳洲啲屋，每個區域係唔同嘅物業管理公司負責，佢哋有為間屋買保險之餘，啲損毀維修物業管理公司會處理。

經過呢件事之後，我發覺澳洲人真係好正，其實撞咗車之後除咗第一下驚咗一下，之後佢哋係勁樂觀，佢哋成日口裡都話：「No worries！」之後個旅程都冇被呢件事影響，仍然好開心咁去遊山玩水（但其實撞車嗰晚我係有發惡夢，不停repeat撞車嗰下嘅畫面……）

到咗而家，我部電腦入面，仲有嗰陣，我哋拎住塊甩咗嘅車牌，笑到四萬咁口嘅合照……

700g pork belly
1 thumb size young ginger (sliced thinly)
2 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)

Braise the following:

1 stalk of leek (or spring onion / scallion)
30g young ginger (sliced thinly)
50g rock sugar (or brown sugar / white sugar)
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
1 star anise
250ml Chinese white rice wine (白米酒)
4 tablespoons Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
125ml light soy sauce
4 tablespoons premium dark soy sauce
