【樂觀・隨遇】
「我幾歲？我從沒算著自己幾歲。」
來自是非洲摩洛哥的攝影師Abdela只記得自己在1989年出生。
幾年前，Abdela對中國的認識只有北京奧運，香港更只是一個名字。2012年在摩洛哥取得工程碩士學位的他，想在畢業後的夏天做些不一樣的事，偶然決定來到這片土地，並買下第一部相機。「我沒想過中國是這樣的，上海有很多高樓大廈。北京，相對平凡得多。」為了取得逗留簽證，他讀書，打工，輾轉間來到香港。
隻身走到每個城市，認識到一大群朋友，卻總要離開他們。「我不擅計劃，尤其對未來三兩年，沒有計劃是一件好事。」他笑說單身男人方便隨遇而行，「我不作大量儲蓄，當我喜歡時我毫不猶豫付鈔。」作為攝影師，Abdela喜歡香港的繁華，卻討厭一些香港人，「即使他們有能力付鈔，但仍在投訴（東西）太小太貴，他們只是為了投訴而投訴。我不喜歡投訴，假如你不喜歡可以改變，可以離開。」
「永遠不知足，永遠不滿足。」Abdela散發出燦爛的黃。他好玩，令他發現亞洲；他熱情，讓他交遊廣闊；他樂觀，使他看到美好，並用他的菲林相機，隨遇隨拍。
27歲的Abdela不做工程師，由零開始，旅居亞洲當攝影師，繼續尋找工作機會，看著能在這裡待多久就多久。

"How old am I? I never count!” Abdela only knows he’s from 1989.
Few years ago Abdela only knew of China for the 08 Beijing Olympics, Hong Kong not more than its name. Graduated from Masters of Engineering in Morocco, he wanted to try something new in his first unemployed summer, so he stepped his foot in the land of Chinese, laid his hand on his first camera. “I never imagined China to be so developed with industries, skyscrapers and so many people!” Wanting to not leave, he studied and worked, until he came to Hong Kong.
“Everywhere I go I make friends! But I always had to leave them…” Unable to fathom certain Chinese traditions, Abdela is not interested in planning too far ahead. “I can go anywhere! I don’t save up, I like to pay as I wish!” As a photographer, Abdela loves Hong Kong, but cannot stand some of its people. “Most of them can afford certain lifestyle, but they are always complaining!”
“I’ll never have enough, I’ll always crave for more!” Abdela’s joie de vivre simply shines yellow. His playfullness brought him to Asia, his enthusiasm connects him to people, his positivity leads him to beauty. His camera, captures everyone’s aura.
The 27 years old Abdela Igmirien is not merely an engineer. Starting from zero, he travels and lives in Asia as a photographer. He is now working not only for a visa, but lurking for a beautiful time.
