1️⃣Learn to exercise with the right technique, cos you can injure yourself if you're doing it wrong. Hire a knowledgeable & caring trainer or spend time do a little research work on getting it right
2️⃣Consume more protein cos it feed your muscle & keeps your hunger at bay making your body firmer. In my experience of training people, our body will benefit from 100 grams of protein daily. But most of us only consume half or less
3️⃣Getting enough (8 hours) of sleep helps your body to recover. While at sleep, growth hormone is produced & protein synthesis occurs to replace new tissues & repair damaged muscles
4️⃣Stop worrying about your WEIGHT because the scale doesn't always shows an accurate information for progress. Using measuring tapes & progress pictures are better tools to track your transformation journey.
You will experience improvements in the measurements if you adhere Tip 1 to 3 for 8-12 months
