香港武裝警察，在近乎完全沒有制約的情況下，對市民施襲的程度日益嚴重，構成重大人道危機。
9.2 晚，大批市民到 8.31 發生恐襲的港鐵太子站外的旺角警署，聲討警暴惡行。後來大批防暴警察驅趕群眾後，多次對街坊作出無理拘捕。以下是其中一個嚴重個案：
-記者在採訪警方拘捕過程中，被警員施放胡椒噴霧；
-警員用武力推開正在採訪的記者，有記者跌倒受傷，器材受損；
-一名女子和警察理論；
-大批防暴警員突然武力制服該女子；
-急救員欲上前施予救援，被大批防暴警拖走；
-記者再上前採訪，警員用手掩蓋該女子的口；
-女子被壓在地上，頸部受壓幾乎窒息，向警察求饒；
-警員用力一腳踩在女子的手腕上，女子發出慘叫；
-警員向現場記者施放多枚催淚彈，多名記者不適走避。
在近乎完全沒有制約的情況下，警方變本加厲，不單公然對市民施以酷刑，如今更肆意攻擊記者，企圖進一步除去一切監察警暴的機制。港共為保政權，縱容武裝部隊權力坐大，將香港推去極危險的深淵。
香港正面對嚴峻的人道危機。我們再次呼籲國際社會關注，並全力支援香港的抗爭者。

The frequency and extent of the Hong Kong riot police's attacks on civilians have been escalating, as officers continue to seemingly act without an ounce of restraint. This constitutes a major humanitarian crisis.
On the evening of September 2, a large number of civilians had gathered at the Mong Kok police station, which is right outside the Prince Edward MTR station, where the August 31 attacks had occurred. They were there to condemn the cases of police brutality. Not long after, a large number of riot police arrived at the scene to disperse the crowd, and had made various wrongful arrests to the civilians who lived around the neighbourhood. The following is one of the most severe cases:
- A reporter was recording the arrests being made by the police, when a police officer used a pepper spray toward the reporter;
- A police officer had forcefully shoved reporters who were recording at the scene, a reporter was injured when he was shoved onto the ground, his equipment was damaged;
- A woman began reasoning with the police over their actions;
- A large number of riot police officers used excessive force to restrain the unarmed woman;
- When a medic had stepped up to assist the woman, she was dragged away by a few riot police;
- Reporters attempted to continue with their work and conduct an interview, and an officer covered the woman's mouth with his hands;
- The woman was clamped and held on the ground, she began to beg for mercy as she was being asphyxiated at the neck area;
- A police officer stepped on the woman's wrist forcefully, the woman began howling in pain;
- The police officers began using multiple canisters of tear gas on the reporters at the scene, many reporters had to scramble away in great discomfort.
Seemingly acting on no restraint nor discipline, the police force has intensified their acts of violence. Not only have they tortured civilians blatantly, but they have also recklessly attacked journalists, in an attempt to further obliterate any mechanisms that could monitor and keep the police accountable from misusing their powers. To salvage its political powers, the Hong Kong communist regime has condoned the wilful abuse of powers by the police force, driving Hong Kong into a dangerous, bottomless pit.
Hong Kong is currently undergoing a dire humanitarian crisis. Once again, we are calling on the international community for their urgent attention, and to lend their assistance to the protesters of Hong Kong.
