Pic - Too early for a smile ...
Showered the girls and prepared breakfast for them to get ready for school , Milk for Adam while Noah is still fast asleep and now heading to Kota Bharu for a talk with Danajamin100 at Perdana Hotel .
My beloved wife Dr Halina is sitting for her exams starting today and she’s totally stressed out - that explains my picture today ....😀
Dr Halina wanted to become a full time housewife taking care of the kids but I convinced her to further her studies . I believe she will thank me later .
It’s important for the kids to look up to their parents as role models . We have to lead by example hoping they would follow our footsteps. Kids are very observant .Even very small minute details they would do what we do .
Hence my rules in the house -
Never argue in front of the kids
Never raise your voice to the kids
Create a fun loving environment
Always say I love you to the kids
Hug and kiss your kids 10x a day .
InsyaAllah .... they will turn out to be beautiful kids inside out .
Happy Monday Everyone ...
PS - Do pray for Dr Halina on her exams .Sacrifices need to be made for the sake of the kids . Love As Always ....

Most of us would like to START exercising but we do not know Where or How to start, hence we lose motivation after a month of not seeing results plus boredom. The video will tell you EVERYTHING you need to know in starting a successful Workout Plan, to keep you motivated, and most importantly to achieve your GOALS!
For example how many days should I workout? How long for? How many repetitions and sets should I perform? What time of the day is best to workout? What exercises should I perform to lose weight? How long should I rest in between each set? How hard should I push myself? When will I see results? How important is my food intake?
All these questions will be answered in this video plus more nutritional and motivational tips as we work towards your goal in the next 8 weeks.

It was a record setting night for 6'0" USA guard Allen Iverson (Philadelphia 76ers). Iverson scored a USA Olympic Qualifying single game record 28 points (surpassing Gary Payton's previous mark of 25 points set July 19, 1999, versus the Dominican Republic) and made a USA single game record seven 3-pointers (besting Tim Hardaway's record of five made 3-pointers set against Argentina, July 17, 1999) to lead the USA to a 111-71 victory over Canada (2-2) Monday night in the first game of second round action at the FIBA Americas Olympic Qualifying Tournament in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The win improved the USA to 5-0, 4-0 in second round standings and upped the Americans' Olympic qualifying tournament win streak to 20 consecutive games.
The U.S. earned the win without its leading scorer, Tracy McGrady (Orlando Magic), who did not play because of a tight back. McGrady is listed as day-to-day.
The USA will look to continue its winning ways Tuesday in a much anticipated 5:00 p.m. (EDT) game against Argentina (3-1). Last year at the FIBA World Championship in Indianapolis, it was Argentina who put a halt to the USA senior team's remarkable 58 game win streak that dated back to the 1992 Americas Olympic Qualifying Tournament. Meeting on Sept. 4, 2002, in second round action, Argentina shocked the Americans 87-80 and went on to finish 81 and claimed the silver medal at the World Championship, but only after falling 8477 in overtime to Yugoslavia in the gold medal game.
"It was a good feeling because I felt every shot was going in," said Iverson, who shot 10-for-13 for the night and was 7-for-8 from 3-point. "Usually when I get in a 'zone,' I am getting some layups and jumpers and maybe some threes. But tonight, they were all behind the arc.
"The last one...I just felt like it was going in, because all the rest of them went in. I felt like everything I put up was going in," Iverson added
"I never saw that!" said USA mentor Larry Brown (Detroit Pistons) when asked if he recalled ever seeing Iverson shoot like that from 3-point. "I've been with him for six years but this has been the best two weeks he's ever played. Just trying to do the right thing, taking what's available.
"We don't go to him like we went to him in Philly. He would probably tell you, it's fun playing because when you're open here, everybody shares the ball. I think he makes other players better and the people around him, make him better. That was an amazing shooting display. I don't think there was any doubt. Any of his shots! Even the last one, when I was trying to get him out. He just got in a rhythm and I didn't see him force one shot. He just took what was there."
After falling behind the U.S. 12-7, Canada out scored the USA 21-9 over the first quarter's final 5:43 to grab a 28-21 advantage. In need of a spark, the USA got it from Ray Allen (Seattle SuperSonics) who came in off the bench and accounted for 10 points during a 15-3 run by the Americans that saw them take charge 36-31 with 5:21 to play before half. Canada cut the lead to 38-36, but the USA then reeled off 11 consecutive points, four coming from Vince Carter (Toronto Raptors), to increase its lead to 49-36. When the USA retired to its locker room at halftime, it was ahead 51-39.
Canada, which hit 42.9 percent of its shots in the first quarter, was stymied in quarter two and made just 3-of-15 (20.0 percent) of its field goal attempts. The USA made a blistering 12-of-20 shots for a 60.0 percent shooting touch in the second quarter.
The third quarter was all Iverson. Hitting his first 3-pointer with 7:41 to play, by the end of the third quarter Iverson had found the bottom of the net from beyond the 3-point line seven times, including a 35-footer with less than a second remaining as the USA had surged ahead 82-59. The lights-out shooting continued in the fourth quarter and the U.S. sailed in for the 111-71 victory.

The Denver Nuggets have survived long enough without Carmelo Anthony. Now, they can't wait to see how their risky "experiment" works.
Allen Iverson banked in a running 3-pointer in overtime and scored 36 points to rally Denver to a 121-113 victory over the Houston Rockets on Saturday night in the Nuggets' final game without Anthony.
Iverson also had 10 assists, finding Steve Blake in the corner for a 3-pointer with 1:36 left in overtime.
Marcus Camby also had a basket in overtime, scored 12 points and grabbed 22 rebounds for the Nuggets, who went 7-8 in the 15 games Anthony was suspended after fighting in a Dec. 16 game against New York.
"We've survived the 15-game suspension," coach George Karl said. "Now, we've got a 15-game experiment before the All-Star break. And I think everyone's excited about it."
Anthony, who was leading the NBA with 31.6 points per game before his suspension, would've returned for Saturday's game until a snowstorm postponed the Nuggets' Dec. 20 game against Phoenix. He'll be available for Monday's game against Memphis.
"Monday, I get to wake up and it's Christmas," Iverson said with a smile. "Obviously, it's going to be a fun day."
The four-time scoring champion and seven-time All-Star wanted to leave Philadelphia and play for a contender. With Anthony and J.R. Smith back from suspensions, the newly acquired Blake contributing already and Camby playing well, Iverson thinks the Nuggets can make a deep playoff run.
"For me, at this stage of my career, it's just championships. That's all I think about," Iverson said. "Regardless of where we're seeded, we get in a seven-game series with somebody, it's going to be hard for somebody to beat us four times."
Smith, who was suspended 10 games for his role in the New York brawl, scored 24 for Denver. He hit three 3-pointers in the fourth quarter after the Rockets had taken a 90-77 lead.
Blake, acquired a week ago in a trade with Milwaukee, had 12 points, four assists and five rebounds.
"'Melo will add a different dimension to our team and take us to another level," Blake said. "It's about time. We are glad he's coming back."
With Anthony returning, it's up to Karl to figure out how all the pieces fit together.
"We have 15 games before the All-Star break," Karl said. "I have a very good feeling that toward the end of those 15 games, you're going to see us playing pretty special basketball."
The Rockets had won their previous eight home games this season when they reach 100 points.
But Iverson was fouled on a 3-pointer with 2:37 left and hit all three free throws to pull the Nuggets to within 108-103. Camby scored before Iverson swished a 3-pointer from the wing with 1:02 to go to tie the game.
Iverson and Tracy McGrady both missed potential game winners in the final minute. The Nuggets had a chance to win it in the closing seconds of regulation, but Camby missed an unlikely 3-pointer at the buzzer. Camby is 0-for-2 from 3-point range this season.
Both teams struggled at the start of overtime, but Iverson scooped up a loose ball near midcourt, ran to the 3-point line and banked in a 3-pointer just before the shot clock expired to give Denver the lead for good.
"That was a momentum shot," Iverson said. "A lot of times, you want to hit that first basket to see how the other teams respond."
McGrady scored 24 and Juwan Howard added 21 points and 13 rebounds for the Rockets, who've lost three in a row since winning nine of their previous 10.
"We need to get back to doing what got us playing well the last couple of weeks, when we went on that great winning streak," McGrady said. "It was just a game where, if we wanted to play like this, we should have stayed at home."
The Rockets lead the league in scoring defense, but they've allowed at least 100 points in their last four games.
"The last four games defensively, we're not willing to do what it takes to win," said Houston coach Jeff Van Gundy. "We got exactly what we deserved. They got what they deserved because they worked. And we got what we deserved because we didn't."
Dikembe Mutombo grabbed 13 rebounds for the Rockets, who dropped to 9-5 since Yao Ming broke a bone under his right knee.
The Nuggets are 6-8 since acquiring Iverson on Dec. 22. Despite the absence of Anthony -- and thanks mostly to Iverson -- Denver is still in second place in the Northwest Division.
Iverson had eight points in the first quarter, but the Nuggets trailed 31-25. He came out for a short rest early in the second quarter and Rafer Alston, the man he was guarding, promptly sank back-to-back 3-pointers to push Houston's lead past 10.
Denver trailed 46-33 when Iverson returned with 7:53 left in the half. He was 5-of-6 in the second quarter and had 20 points at the break, but the Rockets led 58-53.
The Rockets led by 13 early in the fourth quarter, but went 11-for-30 in the period to lose for only the fourth time in 43 home games under Van Gundy when they hit 100 points.
Game notes
Mutombo reached double-digit rebounds for the 12th time in 13 games. ... The Nuggets won for just the third time in their last 11 trips to Houston. ... McGrady went 9-for-25 after sitting out Wednesday's loss to Phoenix with soreness in his back.
