本展示では台南に存在する様々な産業をクローズアップします。台南在住の新鋭カメラマンPJ Wang氏の撮影により、台南の各業界における老職人たちの物事や段取りに対するこだわりぶりを記録し、一方で新興産業の担い手やクリエイターの姿も捉え、彼らがどのように職人精神を継承しているかを見、また彼らが台南に創出している素敵なモノを見て行きます。

近年、台南は日本人の台湾旅行の訪問先トップになりました。台南市街地にあたる「中西区」の昔ながらの歴史建築や美味しい地元料理などは、どの旅行ガイドブックでも台南の最もストレートな観光イメージとして紹介されています。しかし実のところ、台南は旧市街地以外にも非常に多くの探索に訪れるべきスポットが存在しています。そこで今年の私たちは「大台南」（郊外を含めた台南市全域）を対象に、各地域の観光スポットやグルメ、特産、お土産などをご紹介いたします。

This exhibition will close up a variety of industries that exist in tainan. The shooting of the advanced cameraman pj wang, who lives in tainan, has recorded the obsession of the old craftsmen in each industry in tainan, and also captures the appearance of emerging industry bearers and creators, and how they are. I see how they inherit the Artisan Spirit, and I'm going to see the wonderful things they are creating in tainan.

So this year we will introduce tourist spots, Gourmet, specialties, souvenirs, and more in the area of "big south" (all over tainan city, including the suburbs).

白髮可以是象徵智慧，更可以是象徵著永恆的愛情。靈心之子、金曲歌王方大同的最新創作情歌，便是以髮型轉換作為主題並且藉由白髮作為寓意，訴說著一段願與另一半一起走過人生旅程，一起看遍人生風景的深刻情感。
《白髮》以弦樂開場，營造出猶如迴盪於山谷間的悠遠音場，像是譬喻著情侶們對彼此所許下願相守一生的諾言。緊接著，方大同以動人的靈魂唱腔，唱著「紅塵不復喧嘩 / 光陰已流成砂」、「幾許青春年華 / 伴你走天涯」，以紅塵、光陰、青春年華與走天涯等如詩般的詞句，帶出愛情經得起時間考驗、人生旅程願一路相伴的寓意。
白頭偕老是眾人都再熟悉不過的古諺道理，然而方大同的《白髮》並沒有選擇以國樂來編曲以傳達此一亙古價值，方大同運用了充滿現代感的編曲技巧，以電子節拍鋪陳整首歌曲，滴滴答答的電子節拍襲向聆聽者，一方面營造出一股時間流逝的軌跡，另一方面更是傳達出猶如心動般的心跳頻率。
伴隨著心動般的心跳頻率進入副歌時，另一個妙筆之處是，方大同演唱著「愛著你的長髮、短髮、捲髮、直髮、黑髮、亂髮、秀髮」，除了是表達出深愛著戀人的每個髮型變化姿態外，更藉由髮型的轉換傳達出，不論時間再怎麼流逝或再怎麼物換星移，一直都會永遠地守在另一半的身邊。
歌曲最後以「直到我們白髮漸漸 / 百看不厭你容顏 / 一輩子都不變 」完美結尾。或許曲終但人不散，方大同藉由《白髮》想訴說的是，一段感情能走到白髮階段可說是得來不易，可說是真摯與堅毅，希望聆聽者能以最真誠與認真的態度來看待感情，願與另一半相守看遍人生風景，以及深愛著另一半在人生旅途中的每個不同姿態。
方大同和崔惟楷描述《白髮》的歌曲概念後，由合作十多年的作詞夥伴小崔崔惟楷以細膩的筆觸譜成觸動人心的歌詞。兩人繼《三人遊》、《愛立刻》、《Ten Reasons》等多首膾炙人口歌曲後再度合作，兩人一路以來完美的創作默契，更體現了《白髮》一曲中永恆的情感最為珍貴的真諦。
