I'm giving 2 talks: "Live your Purpose beyond Fear" and "Tell your Story, Amplify your Impact".
Today when I visited the venue, I was asked several times: "Are you nervous?" I said: "I'm excited." I've used this little trick for some time now to get past my nerves.
I remind myself: "This is not about me."
When we take ourselves out of the equation and focus on being of service.
We stop thinking: "Will people like me?" "What if I make fun of myself" "What if I fail?" We start asking questions: "How can I serve?" "What do they need to hear?"
Anxiety is replaced by curiosity. Fear is taken over by love.
I know that my heart is big enough to love the entire world.
And that is ultimately what I'm here to do in this beautiful Mexico city:
To love.
To remind the people in the audience of their potentials for greatness, that their contribution matters to this world.
And I want to remind you that too.
You were born for greatness.
You matter.
