Here’s my Top 4 Fat Loss tips:
1️⃣ Resistance Training > Cardio training
Most people are doing too MUCH cardio and not focusing on doing enough resistance training, which are Bodyweight exercises or weight lifting
2️⃣Focus on Building Lean Muscles
If you ask most people, they just want to lose weight, but weight isn’t just Bodyfat, it could mean muscles too! The secret to a successful fat loss is to lose specifically Bodyfat & retain as much muscles as possible
3️⃣ Eat Low calorie dense whole food
Cut out eating junks for a week, and focus on eating as much low calories dense food like potatoes / sweet potatoes, eggs & chicken breast
4️⃣ Eat your GREENS 🥬
Popeye was right, eat your greens! Research shows that greens help you lose weight faster because of its low calories, high micronutrients & fibre which is all beneficial to fat loss
