เวลาดึงเจ้าเหมียวมานั่งบนตัก หลายคนอาจจะเคยได้ยินเสียงคราง หรือที่ในภาษาอังกฤษเรียกว่า purring ดังครืดๆ ออกมาจากลำคอของมัน แต่รู้ไหมว่า จริงๆ แล้วเสียงครางที่ว่านี้ไม่ได้มีไว้เพื่อสื่อสารและแสดงถึงความเพลิดเพลินสุขสบายเท่านั้น แต่น่าเหลือเชื่อว่าคลื่นความถี่เสียงครางของแมวยังมีประโยชน์ด้านการแพทย์ที่หลากหลายด้วย

คลื่นความถี่ของเสียงครางของแมวอยู่ในระดับ 20-140 เฮิรตซ์ ซึ่งเป็นระดับความถี่ที่ช่วยรักษาโรคและอาการบาดเจ็บต่างๆ ของมนุษย์ได้มากมาย ได้แก่ ลดความเครียด ลดอาการหายใจลำบาก ลดความเสี่ยงหัวใจวาย รักษาอาการเส้นเอ็นอักเสบ ไปจนถึงการซ่อมแซมและเสริมสร้างให้กระดูกแข็งแรง

ผลการศึกษาเผยว่า เมื่อร่างกายของเราสั่นสะเทือนด้วยความถี่ 35-50 เฮิรตซ์ จะช่วยกระตุ้นรักษาอาการบาดเจ็บของกระดูกได้มากถึง 20% โดยวิธีนี้ยังถูกนำไปใช้เพิ่มความแข็งแรงให้กระดูกของนักบินอวกาศในพื้นที่ไร้แรงโน้มถ่วงด้วย

เสียงครางของแมวมีโอกาสพุ่งสูงเกิน 150 เฮิรตซ์ โดยการศึกษาพบว่าเจ้าเหมียวจะครางออกมาในความถี่สูงถึง 220-520 เฮิรตซ์ เพื่อเรียกหาอาหาร ซึ่งใกล้เคียงกับเด็กทารกที่ส่งเสียงร้องไห้ออกมาเป็นความถี่ 300-600 เฮิรตซ์

การศึกษาจากมหาวิทยาลัยมินนิโซตายังพบว่า ผู้เลี้ยงแมวมีความเสี่ยงหัวใจวายน้อยกว่าคนทั่วไปถึง 40% และมีความเสี่ยงโรคหัวใจน้อยกว่า 30%

นอกจากนี้ เด็กที่โตมากับแมวจะมีโอกาสเป็นโรคภูมิแพ้น้อยกว่าเด็กทั่วไปถึง 67% หรือแม้แต่การเล่นกับเจ้าเหมียวเพียง 5 นาที ก็สามารถช่วยลดระดับความดันโลหิตได้

現行版本因為NGA所屬伺服器群都關閉
所以之前都在NGA上面查詢傳奇團本的資訊變為極少
不知道大家都是在那邊看的呢
目前都是在WCL或是影片找地方抄
有些細節就可能遺漏 想說找找英文的團本攻略
但wowhead的部分只有H難度跟介紹一些技能
