ผมเชื่อว่าในยุควิกฤติที่เรากำลังเผชิญอยู่ในตอนนี้อาจจะมีหลายคนที่ช่วงนี้รู้สึกตึงๆหรือไม่ค่อยผ่อนคลายซักเท่าไหร่ วันนี้เลยอยากจะแชร์เรื่องราวของตัวเองที่หวังว่าจะช่วยหลายๆคนให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายมากขึ้นได้นะครับ อยากแนะนำว่าการหางานอดิเรกอะไรซักอย่างช่วยได้จริงๆนะ ผมเริ่มจากหาให้เจอก่อนว่าอะไรที่เราชอบและสนใจเป็นพิเศษ ส่วนตัวผมชอบเรื่อง Robotic ครับ...ตอนแรกดูแล้วก็ยากนะครับแต่เราต้องเริ่มจากการบิ้วตัวเองก่อน ว่าเราทำได้ ทุกอย่างเราทำได้ ไม่มีอะไรยากเกินแค่ต้องเริ่มต้น และสร้างกำลังใจให้ตัวเองแล้วก็แค่เริ่มศึกษา เดี๋ยวนี้ในโลกออนไลน์มีทุกอย่าง อยู่ที่ว่าเราจะหยิบสิ่งไหนมาใช้ ค่อยเป็นค่อยไป เวลาที่เราทำงานอดิเรกนี้เราจะลืมทุกอย่างรอบตัวเราไปเลยครับเหมือนเป็นการทำสมาธิอย่างนึงคงจะคล้ายๆ Meditation Drawingครับ วันแรกที่ผมสามารถทำให้นิ้วของน้องขยับได้ ความรู้สึกคือดีใจมากครับ ทำให้มีกำลังใจและอยากทำต่อ จนกระทั่งทำแขนน้องจนเสร็จเมื่อประมาณปลายปีที่แล้ว และอยากสร้างต่อไปทั้งตัวเลย ความรู้สึกตรงนี้แหละครับเหมือนกับทำให้มีเป้าหมายและมันลากเอาความรู้สึกดีๆของเรื่องอื่นๆมาด้วย ทำให้เรา think positive มากขึ้น เสียดายตอนนี้ที่น้องพังไม่เป็นชิ้นดีแล้วระหว่างน้องเดินทางมาไทย แต่จะบอกว่า อะไรที่มันพังไป..ก็แค่เริ่มต้นใหม่ เหนื่อยก็นั่งพัก หายเหนื่อยก็ลุกขึ้นแล้วก้าวต่อไป วันพรุ่งนี้พระอาทิตย์ก็จะขึ้นเหมือนเดิมเสมอ ขอให้ทุกคนสู้ๆนะครับ 🦾
