竟然有人咳嗽會「把肺也咳出來」？
身為一位胸腔科醫師，直覺上覺得不可能！
(當然，心中也閃過一些非常罕見的可能情況）

於是依媒體的報導去查一下「新英格蘭期刊」
果然是「假的」！
病人並沒有把肺或「支氣管樹」咳出來！
嚴格來說，也不算是「假新聞」，而是沒有把一個字弄懂，所造成的誤會！

這個字就是「Cast」就是我們一般說在打石膏的Cast(鑄件)！
也就是，咳出來的是「支氣管樹」的「鑄件」啦！
人家寫的是"Cast of the Right Bronchial Tree"

這「鑄件」怎麼來的呢？原來病人有使用抗凝血劑，造成支氣管內出血，這些血液在支氣管內「結塊」，形成「支氣管樹」的「鑄件」，然後被病人咳出來！

所以，被咳出來的是看起來「像支氣管樹」的血塊！不是支氣管樹啦！
臨床上，會咳出這麼完整又大塊的血塊，確實少見！

最近假新聞頻傳，希望媒體在報導聳動的議題前，能夠善䀆查證的義務 ，至少應該先詢問相關的專科醫師。

有沒有可以轉貼給相關媒體澄清一下呢？

Pokémon Unite เปิดตัวไม่สวย โดยถูกถล่ม Dislikes ทั้งในวิดีโอเปิดตัวและเกมเพลย์มากกว่า 1.5 แสนครั้ง ในเวลาเพียง 24 ชม.

โดยที่ Pokémon Unite เป็นผลงานความร่วมมือของ Pokémon Company และ Tencent สร้างโดย TiMi Studio ผู้ที่เคยฝากผลงานมาแล้วใน Arena of Valor (RoV) และ Speed Drifters จะมาในรูปแบบของเกม MOBA แนว Hero brawler ของเหล่าโปเกม่อนที่ทุกคนคุ้นเคย ตัวเกมมีกำหนดลงให้ Nintendo Switch และมือถือทุกระบบ ส่วนวันเวลานั้นยังไม่ได้ประกาศแต่อย่างใด

แต่หลังจากเปิดตัวได้ไม่นาน ดูเหมือนว่าตัวอย่างเกมที่ออกมาจะไม่ถูกใจเหล่าเทรนเนอร์และผู้ที่ชื่นชอบเกม MOBA ทั้งหลาย ทำให้ยอด Dislikes ในวิดีโอเปิดตัวต่าง ๆ เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง และทะลุผ่านหลัก 1.5 แสนครั้งใน 24 ชม. เท่านั้น (บางสื่อแจ้งว่า 1.7 แสนครั้ง)

โดยความกังวลส่วนใหญ่ของแฟน ๆ จะอยู่ในเรื่องคุณภาพของเกมและความน่าเชื่อถือของผู้พัฒนา อีกส่วนหนึ่งคือความผิดหวังที่ก่อนหน้านี้ ได้มีข่าวว่า ทาง Nintendo เตรียมที่จะเปิดตัว "โครงการใหญ่" ตัวใหม่ในอีกไม่นาน ซึ่งหลายคนก็คาดว่าจะเป็น Pokémon ภาคใหม่ หรืออย่างน้อยก็ภาพเสริม/ภาครีเมดของเกมเดิม แต่ที่สุดแล้วกลายเป็นเกมมือถือแนว MOBA ที่ยังไม่แน่ชัดว่าจะออกมาดีหรือไม่

Pokémon Unite unveils dislikes in video debut and gameplay more than 1.5 hundred thousand times in just 24 hours.

Pokémon Unite is a collaboration of Pokémon Company and Tencent. Created by TiMi Studio, who has deposited the work in Arena of Valor (RoV) and Speed Drifters will come in the form of MOBA, Hero brawler style of kem that everyone is familiar with. The game is scheduled for Nintendo Switch and all mobile phones. The date and time are not announced at all.

But not long after the launch, it seems like the out-of-the-game previews won't like all MOBA trainers and gaming enthusiasts make dislikes in video releases continually increase and surpass 1.5 hundred thousand in 24 hours. Only (some media says 1.7 hundred thousand times)

Most of the fans are concerned about the game quality and the developer's credibility. Another part is disappointed that Nintendo has prepared to launch a new ′′ big project ′′ soon, which many people expected to be a new Pokémon. At least the additional photo / re-med part of the old game, but it's the most unproductive MOBA mobile game that will turn out well or not.

However, in every video released, there is another fan who still gives hope to this game. Because TiMi's work is not too short of other games, including Pokémon's reputation, it should have attracted many players. It's part of the game. Whatever problem is, it's future to solve.
