I have a passion for using evidence-based approaches to helping people. That’s where I believe I can have the biggest impact. Before joining McKinsey, for example, I worked in government for three years, and before that, I was trained as a pharmacist.
I chose McKinsey because of the opportunity to expand my area of expertise from healthcare to other industries, and because it gives me the chance to help clients tackle some of their toughest business challenges.
The one thing I enjoy most about working at McKinsey is its inclusive and collaborative culture. McKinsey welcomes people from a wide variety of backgrounds, and encourages them to express different opinions.
