First episode of my new program for this month! I realised from the latest before/after results video that a lot of people tend to do just 1-2 weeks instead of the whole 4 weeks programs. You obviously won't lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

I’ve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

*レシピ*
1.苺を切って準備しておく。
2.ハウスの"ゼリエース"を箱の作り方を参考に作る。
3.氷水に当てながら ゆるくトロミを付ける。
4.器をナナメにセットし、3を入れる。
5.1の苺を浮かべる。
6.冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
7.ハウスの"豆乳ミルクプリン"を箱の作り方を参考に作る。
8.氷水に当てながら冷やす。
9.6に8を流し入れる。
10.9を冷蔵庫で冷やす。
11.苺が沈まない程度に冷やし固まったら、器にメンディングテープを渡して支えにしたところに苺をのせる。
12.11を冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
13.12が固まり苺が固定されたら、11のメンディングテープを外す。
14.できあがり。
*Recipe*
1.Cut the strawberries.
2.Make jelly.
3.While you dip the bowl containing jelly in ice water ,
thicken loosely.
4.Set the vessels aslant , put in the jelly(3).
5.Put the strawberries on them.
6.Cool and harden (5) in a refrigerator.
7.Make milk pudding.
8.Put the pan containing milk pudding in ice water and cool.
9.Fill the vessels(6) with the milk pudding(8).
10.Cool them(9) in a refrigerator.
11.Stick tapes so that strawberries may not sink. Place the strawberries on it.
12.Cool them(11) in a refrigerator.
13.Remove tapes , after the milk pudding(12) becomes hard and strawberries is fixed.
14.Finished.
