เมื่อสักครู่ที่ผ่านมา ธนาคารกสิกรไทย มีจดหมายแจ้งต่อตลาดหลักทรัพย์ว่า
นายปรีดี ดาวฉาย กรรมการและกรรมการผู้จัดการ ได้มีหนังสือขอลาออกจากตำแหน่งกรรมการ โดยมีผลตั้งแต่วันที่ 24 กรกฎาคม 2563 เป็นต้นไป
ซึ่งมีการคาดการณ์กันว่า นายปรีดี ดาวฉาย จะก้าวมาเป็นรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังคนต่อไป ต่อจากนาย อุตตม สาวนายน

Trần Tôn Trung Sơn sinh năm 1992 tại một gia đình nông thôn nghèo cạnh sông Bến Hải. Ngày Sơn ra đời, gia đình không ai cầm được nước mắt vì những khuyết tật trên thân thể cậu con trai bé bỏng với cánh tay trái ngắn và teo lại, bàn tay phải chỉ có hai ngón. Họ càng đau đớn hơn khi nghe những lời dị nghị về hình hài khác thường của cậu bé. Cuối cùng, vợ chồng anh Trần Sơn (ba của Trung Sơn) quyết định rời làng vào Nam, với hi vọng mong manh mảnh đất ấy sẽ cưu mang đứa con xấu số của họ. Giữa đêm khuya, nuốt nước mắt vào trong, ôm đứa bé mới 20 ngày tuổi, hai vợ chồng lên tàu lặng lẽ rời đi.

Ba năm đầu tiên ở xứ người, nhà của Sơn là công viên Tao Đàn. Ban ngày ba mẹ gửi Sơn tại làng Hòa Bình (Bệnh viện Từ Dũ) để đi làm thuê, đêm thì cả nhà trải một tấm chiếu dưới đất trong công viên rồi ngủ. Thế nhưng, dù trong hoàn cảnh khốn cùng nhất ấy, họ vẫn không nguôi hi vọng nuôi cậu con trai khuyết tật ăn học nên người. Bảy năm sau, anh chị mới dành dụm đủ tiền để thuê một phòng trọ nhỏ cho 3 người có chỗ “chui ra chui vào”. Rồi vợ chồng anh chị nghĩ đến việc xin cho con đi học, nhưng ngặt nỗi, chẳng có trường học nào chị nhận một cậu bé khuyết tật. Không nản chí đi gõ cửa từng trường, cuối cùng sự nỗ lực của anh Sơn đã khiến cô hiệu trưởng trường tiểu học Vạn Hạnh xúc động. Cô đồng ý nhận Sơn vào học.

Trường học cách 20km, anh Trần Sơn phải xin làm ở một chỗ gần trường để đưa đón con. Tan trường, anh lại chở con trai đến nhà một cô giáo dạy trẻ khuyết tật cách đó 15km để luyện viết chữ. Phải đến tận 9 giời tối hai cha con mới về tới phòng trọ, ngày nào cũng vậy. Nhìn con tập viết bằng 2 ngón tay vô cùng đau đớn, anh Trần Sơn đau lòng lắm nhưng đành phải nuốt nước mắt vào trong động viên con cố gắng… Không phụ lòng cha mẹ, Sơn càng lớn càng thông minh. Năm lớp 5, em là một trong 5 học sinh xuất sắc nhất Quận Tân Bình, thủ khoa khi thi vào lớp chuyên Anh Trường THPT chuyên Trần Đại Nghĩa, đậu vào Trường phổ thông Năng khiếu của Đại học Quốc gia TP Hồ Chí Minh và trở thành học sinh xuất sắc của trường. Năm 2010, sau khi học xong lớp 11, Sơn nhận được học bổng 2 năm lớp 11 và 12 tại Trường trung học Fairmont (Mỹ). Đồng thời chàng trai trẻ cũng tham gia rất nhiều hoạt động thiện nguyện tại châu Phi, dạy học cho trẻ em nghèo, gây quỹ giúp đỡ người vô gia cư…

Bài luận văn với tựa đề “Nhìn đời qua bàn tay” của Trung Sơn khi nộp đơn vào ĐH Harvard đã khiến các giáo sư bật khóc và chàng trai nhỏ bé ấy đã nhận được học bổng toàn phần của trường với ngành công nghệ thông tin.

"Khi còn là đứa trẻ, bàn tay này đã víu chặt mặt đất để giúp tôi cân bằng. Nó đã nắm chặt lại để giúp tôi có những cú đấm mạnh nhất khi chơi võ. Nó bám chặt vào thành chiếc xe đạp đua 4 bánh của tôi. Khi lớn lên, bàn tay này đã chịu đau đớn viết nên những con số, những nét chữ cho đến khi tôi có thể viết nên bài luận đầu tiên của mình về mẹ. Sau này, nó đã cầm bút để diễn tả những suy nghĩ tôi có trong đầu và giúp tôi giải những bài toán khó. Bàn tay duy nhất này đã từng tháo rời chiếc xe đạp của bố tôi ra để xem nó hoạt động thế nào, giúp tôi xoay tròn chiếc thước lên không trung giống như các nhà sư Thiếu Lâm, hay thích thú vẽ nên những bức tranh người quen. Nó đã cầm viên phấn khi tôi dạy toán cho trẻ em nghèo, gõ lên bàn phím khi tôi làm việc cho một công ty máy tính trong kỳ nghỉ hè, và nắm lấy tay của bất cứ ai tôi gặp…

Những chiếc ghế công viên đã trở thành ngôi nhà mới của chúng tôi, nơi hành trình của tôi bắt đầu. Bố tôi làm việc cả ngày trong nhà hàng, trên lưng vừa cõng tôi vừa rửa bát đĩa và lau chùi nhà vệ sinh. Đêm đến, hai cha con tôi ngủ trên bất kỳ chiếc ghế nào tìm thấy. Để giữ ấm cho tôi, bố tôi cởi áo trải lên ghế và ôm chặt lấy tôi… Trong ba năm, bố tôi chưa một đêm ngủ yên. Trong ba năm đó, ông đã không ngừng từ bỏ hy vọng sẽ tìm ra cuộc sống tốt hơn cho tôi"

Năm 2016, Sơn nộp hồ sơ vào Tập đoàn IBM và trở thành cố vấn của tập đoàn. Vượt qua hàng ngàn ứng viên, cậu bé khuyết tật ấy đã trở thành một trong 8 người xuất sắc nhất đáp ứng yêu cầu khắt khe của 4 hội đồng chuyên môn. Tháng 12/2017, Sơn được thăng chức trở thành quản lý vùng, làm việc tại Atlanta, bang Georgia (Mỹ). Từ một đứa trẻ không lành lặn bị người đời hắt hủi đến cảnh sống lang thang màn trời chiếu đất chốn công viên, giờ đây, cậu bé ấy đã trưởng thành và vẫn đang tiếp tục viết nên những điều kỳ diệu nơi trời Tây. ✨
