1️⃣ Take good quality high absorbable Magnesium Supplements - a range of different chelate (Magnesium Sulfate, Magnesium Orotate, Magnesium Glycinate, Magnesium Lysinate).
High quality magnesium supplements need to be taken during PMS to suppress carbs cravings.
