Ingredients:
100g Japanese mugwort
200g adzuki bean
120g beet sugar
600ml water
a hint of salt
450g sticky rice
sticky rice flour or starch flour (for dusting to prevent the mochi from sticking.)
Instructions:
1. harvest Japanese mugwort. wash and boil in salted hot water for 30 seconds, then soak in cold water.
2. squeeze and roughly chop the mugwort. set aside.
3. put adzuki bean in a sauce pan, bring to a boil. drain and add 600 ml water and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes.
4. add beet sugar and salt and boil it down to proper texture.
5. soak sticky rice at least for 8 hours and then steam sticky rice for 30 minutes.
6. put sticky rice and mugwort in a bowl of stand mixer. pound for about 10 minutes.
7. divide the mochi into equal pieces(50g each. makes about 15)
8. wrap adzuki bean paste with the mochi and shape it into round shape.
9. Enjoy!

「材料」
よもぎ 100g
小豆 200g
てんさい糖 120g
水 600ml
塩 少々
もち米 3合
もち粉 適量
「作り方」
１、よもぎ を収穫して水洗いし、塩を加えておゆで30秒ほど茹でたら冷水にさらします。
２、絞って粗めに切ります。すり鉢やフープロでペースト状にしても良いです。（その方が香りが強くなると思います）
３、小豆と水を鍋に入れ一度沸騰させ、湯を捨ててからもう一度600mlの水から茹でます。目安は40〜60分程です。
４、てんさい糖と塩を加え、適度な固さなるまで茹でて水分を飛ばします。
５、もち米を８時間以上浸水させて、その後30分ほど蒸します。
６、もち米とよもぎ を餅つき機で10分ほど搗きます。
７、よもぎ餅を1つ50gずつに均等に切り分けます。15個くらいできます。
８、あんこを餅で包んで出来上がりです。
９、エンジョーイ！！！

Kỳ thị chủng tộc từ lâu đã là một vấn đề đối với những người ngoại quốc đang sinh sống ở một đất nước khác mà không phải là nơi họ sinh ra. Kỳ Duyên đã ở Mỹ nhiều năm, nhưng thực chất chưa bao giờ gặp phải sự kỳ thị này, cho đến gần đây.
Kỳ Duyên muốn làm video này với hi vọng truyền tải được thông điệp đến không chỉ người Việt Nam ta, mà tất cả những ai đã và đang bị kỳ thị, hãy đứng dậy và bảo vệ bản thân mình. Chúng ta không có gì phải sợ cả, dù cho màu da, mái tóc, đôi mắt ta có khác màu, quyền sống vẫn là quyền của chúng ta, không ai được phép được lăng mạ, hạ nhục chúng ta vì một thứ gì khác.
Trên youtube có vài comment nói rằng lỗi vế phía Kd vì chơi nhạc ồn làm phiền hàng xóm và tụ tập đông người trong lúc này. Xin được giải đáp tại đây:
1) Chúng tôi không hề bật loa. Chỉ là đánh giả, "đánh gió" để thâu MV. Bài hát bật bằng phone để hát nhép miệng lip sync thôi. Vả lại lúc đó chỉ mới độ 8 giờ tối chưa khuya lắm.
2) Tổng số người chỉ có 6. Châu Ngọc Hà, Ngọc Ngữ, ba người ban nhạc đằng sau, và môt người quay video. Hiện giờ luật pháp đã cho tụ tập dưới 10 nguời.
3) Nếu thật sự chúng tôi làm ồn, thì chỉ việc qua yêu cầu nhỏ lại, chắc chắn không có lý do gì để chúng tôi "ngoan cố" tiếp tục làm phiền đến hàng xóm.
Racism has long been a problem for foreigners living in another country, other than where they were born. Ky Duyen has been living in the US for many years, but I actually never encountered such racism, until recently.
Ky Duyen wants to make this video in other to spread the message to not only Vietnamese people, but to those who have been in the same situation like me, to stand up and protect yourself. We have nothing to be afraid of, even though we have different skin, hair or eyes color, it is our RIGHT to live, no one is allowed to abuse and humiliate us for anything else.
