睡不安寧要養心神
小市民：「最近社會很多紛爭，避免爭拗我都不敢跟別人討論，但每天睡醒都覺得人很累，感覺整晚發夢。」
CheckCheckCin：現今社會資訊發達，很多事我們不必身處現場，單是透過社交媒體或看新聞報道已經可以接收大量資訊，同樣有機會患上創傷後壓力症，如果你發現自己除了睡不安寧、多發夢，是否容易情緒低落、憤怒、驚恐，甚至影響到專注力下降及記憶力變差等情況？要是這樣，代表你的情緒受事件影響，已經對身體健康構成壓力。中醫理論認為思慮過多會損傷心脾，運化失常而導致心失所養，睡覺時就有多夢情況。
每個人的情緒都要找個出口，找個信任的人傾訴自己的感受；適當時間抽離一下，放下手機去做運動、看書、聽音樂，重拾個人興趣，尤其睡前數小時避免滑手機；盡量維持規律生活，定時食飯、工作、運動、睡覺；平日適量食用養心安神食材例如紅豆、桂圓、百合、蓮子等；飲用有寧心安神的夢多多茶療，有助入眠。如果情況持續未能改善，建議尋求專業協助。
夢多多茶療
功效：寧心安神，紓緩睡不安寧、夢多、健忘等症狀。
材料：遠志6克、去芯麥冬10克、茯神6克、炒酸棗仁3克、葡萄乾10克
做法：材料洗淨放保溫瓶，以熱開水沖洗一遍，注入熱開水焗10分鐘即可。
備註：濕熱體質人士及感冒未清者不宜飲用。此茶能反覆沖泡至味淡，建議一星期飲用兩至三天，連續兩星期為一個療程。

Your emotion is affected and that puts pressure on health. Chinese medicine believes that overthinking will hurt the heart and spleen, affecting the circulation of fluids which canead to dreamful sleep.
Everyone has to relieve their emotions and find someone to trust with feelings. You should give yourself time off, put the phone down to exercise, read, listen to music, pick up a hobby and avoid being on the phone hours before bedtime. You should try to maintain a regular lifestyle with balanced diet, work, exercise and sleep. Try to appropriately consume ingredients that can calm the mind such as red bean, longan, lily bulb, lotus seeds. Have a tea to improve your sleep. Seek professional assistance if the situation fails to improve.
Tea remedy for dreamful sleep
Effects: calms the heart and mind, relieves symptoms such as poor sleep quality, dreamful sleep and forgetfulness.
Ingredients: 6g polygala, 10g coreless ophiopogon tuber, 6g poria, 3g fried spine date seeds, 10g raisins
Preparation: rinse all ingredients thoroughly and place into thermos, rinse with hot water once. Then add in hot water again and steep for 10 minutes.
Notes: not suitable for those with damp-heat body condition and recovering from a cold/flu. You can re-brew until its flavor weakens. For best results, drink consecutively for 2-3 days. Two weeks for a treatment.

今日小贴士：
配料：桃胶20克，银耳半朵，莲子50克，百合20克，枸杞20克，黄冰糖或普通冰糖60克
注意事项：干品桃胶需要提前浸泡10个小时以上，银耳可以用新鲜的也可以用干品泡发。莲子不需要浸泡，泡了水煲出来是硬心的，直接下锅煲即可。
Today's tip:
Ingredients: 20 g peach gum, half tremella, 50 g lotus seed, 20 g lily, 20 g medlar, 60 g yellow sugar or ordinary sugar
Notes: Dry peach gum needs to be soaked more than 10 hours in advance. Tremella fuciformis can be foamed with fresh or dry products. Lotus seeds do not need to be soaked. It is hard to soak them in a water cooker. Just go down to the pot.
