If you don't have a round pan, you can use other shapes. Jiggle~!
昔からある「ミルクプリン」のおやつを水玉模様にしてみました。カットするたびに、色んな味と、模様になります。
生クリームを加えたミルクプリンは、ミルキーでとても美味しいです。丸い型が無ければ手持ちのもので作ってみてください。

【Ingredients】15cm (5.9inch) round cake pan
Ice tray 2.5cm (diameter) ×13個
●Polka dots jelly
A: 150g café au lait
B: 150g strawberry au lait
C: 150g green tea au lait
D: 150g passionfruit juice
12g gelatin powder （3g each）
*If it's not sweet enough, add 10g sugar after dissolving gelatin.
●Milk pudding mixture
200g milk
100g fresh cream
50g granulated sugar
10g gelatin powder
【Directions】
①Warm the drinks A-D in the microwave. (for 1min 30sec ~ 40sec)
Add gelatin powder, stir well to dissolve.
②After the heat went away, pour each into the ice tray, and cool it in the fridge until it's hard.
③Make 4 kinds of round jelly with the directions ① and ②.
④Warm milk in the microwave. (for about 2mins 30sec)
Add gelatin powder and dissolve.
⑤Add sugar and dissolve.
⑥Add fresh cream and mix well.
⑦When the heat went away, cool it a little. (Don't cool too much, be careful not to make it hard.)
⑧Coat the pan with vegetable oil.
⑨Put the round jelly A-D in the pan, pour ⑦ onto it, then cool it well in the fridge until it's hard.
*If possible, cool it for a night. When hurried, cool it in the pan with ice and water to harden it quickly.
⑩Put it on a plate and serve!

Change each amount for the container you use.
Use your favorite drinks for the round jelly.
【材料】15cm ケーキ丸型
アイスキューブトレイ 直径2.5cm×13個
●水玉模様のゼリー
A:カフェオレ 150g
B:苺オレ 150g
C:抹茶オレ 150g
D:パッションフルーツジュース 150g
ゼラチンパウダー12g（各3gずつ使用）
*味を見て、薄いようなら、ゼラチンを溶かした後に砂糖を10gほど加えてください。
●ミルクプリン液
牛乳 200g
生クリーム 100g
グラニュー糖 50g
ゼラチンパウダー 10g
【作り方】
①A～Dの飲み物やジュースを電子レンジで温める。(1分30秒～1分40秒)
ここにゼラチンパウダーを振り入れてよくかき混ぜて溶かす。
②粗熱を取ってからアイスキューブトレイに流し、冷蔵庫で冷やし固める。
③①、②の手順で4種類の丸いゼリーを作る。
④牛乳を電子レンジで温める(2分30秒位)ここに、ゼラチンパウダーを加えて溶かす。
⑤砂糖を加えて溶かす。
⑥生クリームを加えてよく混ぜる。
⑦粗熱を取り、少し冷やしておく。(固まってしまうので冷やし過ぎないように注意する)
⑧型には薄くベジタブルオイルを塗っておく。
⑨型にA～Dの丸いゼリーを入れて、その上から⑦を流し込み、冷蔵庫で固まるまでしっかり冷やす。
*出来れば一晩冷やした方が良い。
急ぐときは氷水で型ごと冷やすと、早く固まります。
⑩お皿に移してどうぞ召し上がれ～

残った冷凍のクッキー生地があったので、星のクッキーをささっと焼いて、飾ってみました。

【Ingredients】9.8×9.8inch (25×25cm)baking pan
●Dough
3 egg
70g(2.5oz) Granulated sugar
52g(1.8oz) Cake flour
8g(0.3oz) Matcha powder
20g(0.7oz)milk
●Whipped cream
200g(7oz)Double cream
20g(0.7oz) Granulated sugar
(add 20g sugar to 200g Double cream and beat)
【Directions】
①Crack an egg into a bowl.
②Mix it with a hand-mixer.
③Warm it at a double-boiler at 40°C until it is lukewarm.Add sugar.
(when it's lukewarm, remove the bowl from the double-boiler.)
④Beat it quickly with the hand-mixer until it gets thick.
Beat it until the mixture thickly sticks to the mixer and falls like ribbon.
⑤Mix it with the hand-mixer slowly for 30 sec to make the mixture smooth.
⑥Add shifted cake flour Matcha powderand . Mix it with a rubber spatula. (like ladling out) Mix it well until it gets glossy.
⑦Add warm milk with the spatula so that it doesn't splash, and mix.
⑧Pour the mixture into a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and make it flat.
Drop the baking sheet to get the air bubbles out.
⑨Bake it for 11〜12 min at 180°C(356 °F)
⑩When it's baked, remove it from the baking sheet quickly and cool it on a cake cooler.
Wrap the top so that it doesn't get dry.
⑪When the cake is cool, take it out of the paper. Spread the Whipped cream on the brown side.
⑫Roll it and shape it nice, and cool it well in the fridge.
⑬Squeeze the Whipped cream on the swiss roll and decorate star cookies, and serve!
●Cut-out cookies
Plain cookie dough
50g unsalted butter
25g powdered sugar
80g cake flour
2 tsp milk
*Add some black cocoa to the plain dough to make the eyes.
*cheeks→Red food coloring
【Directions】
①Mix the butter (room temperature) well with a rubber spatula, add powdered sugar and mix more.
②Shift and add cake flour, and mix lightly. While it's a little powdery, add milk and mix. (but don't knead)
③Make a lump, wrap it and cool it in the fridge for about 30 min.
④Roll out the dough into about 5mm thick, and cut out with star cookie cutters.
⑤Preheat the oven at 170℃（338°F）and bake them for 10~12 min and serve!
【材料】25×25cm 天板
●生地
卵 3個
上白糖 70g
薄力粉 52g
抹茶パウダー 8g
牛乳 20g
●ホイップクリーム
生クリーム 200g
グラニュー糖 20g
(生クリームに砂糖を加えて固めに立てておく)
最後上に絞り用として少し残しておく。絞り用の口金は8mm丸口金使用しました。
●型抜きクッキー
プレーンクッキー生地
無塩バター 50g
粉糖 25g
薄力粉 80g
牛乳 小さじ2。
*目はプレーン生地にブラックココアパウダーを少し加えて作る。
*頬は食紅
【作り方】
①ボウルに卵を割り入れる。
②ハンドミキサーで混ぜる。
③40℃位の湯煎にかけてひと肌位に温める。(ひと肌に温まったら、湯煎から外す)砂糖を加える。
④ハンドミキサーで白くもったりとするまで立てる。(高速)
生地がもったりと羽にくっついて、落ちた生地が リボン状になるくらいまで立てる。
⑤最後はハンドミキサーの低速で30秒ほどまわして、生地のキメを調える。
⑥ふるった薄力粉と抹茶を加える。ゴムベラで混ぜる。
下からすくうようにボウルのふちでゴムベラをかえすようにして混ぜると良い。ツヤがでるまで、しっかりと混ぜる。
⑦最後に温めた牛乳をゴムベラで受けるようにして加えて混ぜる。
⑧ベーキングペーパーを敷いた天板に生地を流し、平らにする。
空気を抜くために天板ごと生地を落とす。
⑨180℃に予熱したオーブンで11～12分ほど焼く。
⑩焼けたらすぐに天板から外して、ケーキクーラーの上で冷ます。上には乾燥しないように、ラップなどをかけておく。
⑪生地が冷めたら、 紙から外して焼き色がついた方にホイップクリームを塗る。
⑫巻いて形を調えたら、冷蔵庫でしっかりと冷やす。
⑬ロールケーキの上にホイップクリームを絞り、 星のクッキーを飾れば出来上がり!
●型抜きクッキー
プレーンクッキー生地
無塩バター 50g
粉糖 25g
薄力粉 80g
牛乳 小さじ2。
*目はプレーン生地にブラックココアパウダーを少し加えて作る。
*頬は食紅
【作り方】
①室温に戻したバターをヘラでよく混ぜて、そこに粉糖を加えてさらによく混ぜる。
②薄力粉をふるって加えて、さっくりと混ぜたら、多少粉っ気が残る位で、牛乳を加えてあまり練らないように混ぜる。
③さっとひとまとめにして、ラップにくるんで冷蔵庫で30分ほど休ませる。
④5mmほどに生地を伸ばしたら、星型で抜く。
⑤170℃のオーブンで10～12分焼いて出来上がり!

The Cavaliers finally located their missing 7-foot-3 center.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas, mostly forgotten in Cleveland's offense, scored a season-high 18 points with 15 rebounds, and LeBron James had 25 points and 11 assists in a 108-95 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday night.
Ilgauskas came in averaging nine points per game -- six below his career average -- and the center hasn't been as involved in Cleveland's new offensive schemes as much as he or Cavs coach Mike Brown would like.
"My fault," Brown said before the game.
Ilgauskas scored just two points and took only two shots in Friday night's loss at Indiana. He and Brown met in the coach's office about 90 minutes before tipoff with the Sixers, and whatever they discussed became Cleveland's gameplan.
The Cavaliers did more to get Ilgauskas the ball in good scoring spots and he responded by scoring 12 points in the first half. He had his 18 by the end of the third quarter, when Cleveland opened an 82-70 lead.
"It got to the point where we said, 'Screw the offense," James said. "There were some (play) calls we made that had nothing to do with our offense. We've got to find a way to get 'Z' in a comfort zone."
Ilgauskas tied a team record with 12 offensive rebounds and had five blocks. Cleveland's big man also dived to the floor several times for loose balls. The Cavaliers, playing their fourth game in five nights, have won six straight at home.
"'Z' did a tremendous job," Brown said. "He got on the ground three or four times going after loose balls, that's a heck of an effort for a guy that's 7-foot-3. His points and rebounds were tremendous, but his five blocks is what I like to see."
Allen Iverson scored 31 points on just 10-of-28 shooting to lead Philadelphia. Andre Iguodala added 17 and Willie Green 13 for the Sixers, who played their fifth straight game without Chris Webber.
Coming off a 123-108 win over Chicago, the Sixers started fast and built a 13-point lead in the first quarter but couldn't sustain it.
"We gave the game away," Iverson said. "We just stopped playing. There ain't a whole bunch to say. We jumped right on them. I know games have two halves. But we had that game. No way are we supposed to give that up.
"Honestly, I feel like this is the worst loss that we've had this year. It's just a complete breakdown."
Trailing by 13 early in the fourth, Philadelphia pulled within 94-86 on two free throws by Samuel Dalembert with 5:24 left. But Ilgauskas came back in off the bench, and although he didn't score, his return sparked the Cavs.
Eric Snow hit a jump shot, Drew Gooden scored in the lane and James completed a three-point play to put the Cavaliers, wearing orange throwback uniforms from the 1980s, up 101-86 with 3:04 remaining.
With Ilgauskas leading the charge, the Cavaliers outrebounded Philadelphia 49-36.
During one sequence, Ilgauskas played a solo game of volleyball around the rim, outreaching Sixers defenders to keep the ball alive.
"I got off to a little bit of a slow start, but they kept calling plays for me," said Ilgauskas, who played a season-high 36 minutes. "It was nice to get back into the offense."
Cleveland trailed by nine points after one, and the Cavaliers began the second quarter with a lineup featuring Ilgauskas and Anderson Varejao but not James. Without their superstar, the Cavs rallied and opened the period with a 13-2 run, taking their first lead on Sasha Pavlovic's three-point play.
Later, Ilgauskas scored six points and Damon Jones drained a 3-pointer during a 10-0 burst that put Cleveland up 46-36.
In the final minute of the half, James gave the sellout crowd what they came to see when he grabbed an alley-oop pass from Jones, and rising to almost eye level with the rim, rifled his dunk through.
