Evening run!

Started off jogging 500 meter at comfortable pace (30-40% effort)
.
After 500 meter, speed up to 70-80% effort for the next 500 meter.... and then slow down again at 30-40% for 500 meter, repeat.
.
Did 5 intervals! Beginners can try 2-3, intermediate can try 4-5.
.
This interval run will level up your fitness, burn fat 🔥 (of course), improve endurance, and improve your body's ability to recover faster during workout. 💯
.
Not too hard-core, but can be quite challenging for those who's new to running. Give this a shot!

Low body fat Expectation vs Reality.

Expectation:
.
- Strong
- Healthy
- Harder muscles
- Fit like Bruce Lee
- Harder to regain back fat due to improved metabolism
- You look like you can fight 1 vs 3
- More dates

Reality (based on my experience):
.
- You will finally see some muscles you never thought you have
- You will look like a fitness expert
- You look like you on steroids
- Low libido
- Low energy & strength
- Higher chance of getting overuse injuries
- Harder to get into a deep sleep
- More cravings
- Frequent bad mood
- Not so healthy
- Good motivation for others
- And good for the gram

Ok, then why do I still choose to get down to this level? Because once in a while, I love how my body looks with this condition, sometimes for project photo/video shoot, and ultimately see how much I can achieve to this bf level from my diet and training.

Unfortunately, due to many cons staying at a very low BF level, tbh I won't stay at this condition for long. Max is 2-3 weeks, and then I'll bloat up a little for general health, performance, and I generally feel happier (my wife too).
.
Nope. This is not my year-round condition. My point is? Too much or too little of anything is never a good thing.
.
Keep training, keep up the healthy lifestyle but at the same time, don't feel bad if you have to get a little off track from your diet, and taking a step back from your training "once in a while." Stay balance!

PS. This workout will not be effective if you do not take care of what you eat everyday.
To get the best out my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I personally workout about 5-6 times a week).
Feel free to incorporate your workout with my other training routines from my channel, choose what work best for you!
Ultimately, if control your diet most of the days every week, overtime YOU WILL GET A NICE TONED BODY (or six pack abs!).
The keyword here is do it Frequent and Be Consistent!

#做TABATA間歇訓練時一定要注意的事
開始前,請必須做暖身運動和伸展操讓肌肉放鬆。
進行訓練時,最重要的就是時間,必須準確遵守運動20秒全力以赴再休息10秒的原則,運動效果才會顯著。
(為了影片美觀容易學習因此我們放慢了速度)
以這樣的方式進行8組動作,便能有像長時間運動般的燃脂效果。
就算只是勉強運動的人,只要在能力範圍裡用盡全力,也能達到效果。因此,建議間歇訓練要以「慢慢提高速度與次數」的方式來進行最好,在自己體力得以負荷的範圍內進行,比起勉強自己,量力而為才不會受傷。
還有,因為這是在最短時間內盡可能達到最大心跳速率的累人運動,若是容易罹患腦中風或是心臟麻痺的人,做這個運動很可能會發生危險。服用高血壓藥的患者,或是曾罹患腦中風或心臟麻痺者,在進行此訓練前,一定要先詢問醫生。

A full 9 minutes progressive body weight routine that can be done anywhere anytime.
Important note: Beginner modification is only for Beginner who just started exercising. If you are not, you should be doing my version and try to keep up with my pace... You will feel the burn! :)
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Doing the beginner modification routine for 1 round before your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 2 minutes rest. It's gonna be hard, I know... but hey, this is what melt away the fat like crazy and a build a fitter stronger you!
