說到私房菜，不少人想到的是隱密的空間，高昂的價錢，然而位於灣仔的Les Saveurs Private Kitchen，不單可以享受到新派的法國菜，價錢也不離地，午市$228起，就可以一享法國藍帶廚師的手藝。
大廚兼老闆Eric因爲想學習正統的法式菜而遠赴法國修讀藍帶，回港後於銅鑼灣租下鋪位開設私房菜。
四年半後因為租約到期，加上有感廚房太細未能好好發揮，因此搬遷到軒尼詩道。
菜式以加入東方元素的法式菜為主，如使用上海白雲吞皮的法式雲吞、將梅酒製成沙冰蓋面的石垣貝等，賣相吸引。
