如何在別人還不認識你的時候，願意先給予你信任？在 LinkedIn Recommedation 替他人撰寫鏗鏘有力的推薦不僅可以提升他人的 credibility，有時更能換得別人給予的推薦！今晚這篇分享，我解構了4個 LinkedIn 推薦文撰寫技巧與3個寫作心法，希望對你有幫助！:)

#什麼是LinkedInRecommendation?
推薦，顧名思義就是介紹好的人或事物，希望能被任用或接受。

你可能會想，為何推薦非常重要？
1. 因為當你還不認識對方時，第三方公正的評價會左右你的判斷
2. 當你推薦別人時，也會大大提高你被推薦的機會
3. 當推薦者的朋友圈發現你的帳號時，更願意與你建立關係

你會發現「推薦」到頭來談的都是一件事－
「讓還不認識你的陌生人，願意先相信你。」

LinkedIn 上有個 Recommendations 推薦區，這裡除了可以給予他人推薦外，自己也可以收到來自別人的評語。

#寫出完美LinkedInRecommendation的秘密

當我們在讚美他人時，若不具體點出稱讚對方的優點，整段話聽起來就會流於空泛，而未能達到加分效果。

如同寫作，寫推薦信一樣也是有方法，以下整理了寫 LinkedIn 推薦的 4+3 七大心法，讓剛開始寫推薦的你，可以有點頭緒。

#LinkedIn推薦4大架構

🔹 1. 開頭：說明你與對方的關係
雖然 LinkedIn 會在推薦文旁邊附註你與被推薦人的關係，但通常為了閱讀方便並讓整段論述看起來更具說服力，我們會在一開始先交代與對方的關係。

舉例：我和 [推薦人姓名] 曾在 [公司名稱] 是 [同事/直屬主管/合作夥伴關係]

🔹 2. 聚焦：選定你想推薦對方的哪個特質或技能
接下來是聚焦，推薦總得給人一個原因，過於廣泛的說對方好棒棒，很難能讓人買單，所以撰寫時可以先列出想在整段話推薦對方哪些特質或技能，之後展開的論述都要扣緊這個核心。

建議可以思考對方在哪 1、2 件事或特質上「優於其他人」，這些都會是非常好的著力點。

舉例：
1) Andy 在 [能力] 上是一流的專家
2) 在 [能力] 上 Penny 展現過人的天賦

🔹 3. 舉例：用實例佐證，強化論點
再來就是說明原因，在這邊需要掌握的要點就是得盡量用過往與對方的合作經驗、自身的觀察，將推薦的要點具象化說明。

好比當我們向朋友推薦一間餐廳時，一定會更進一步說明是真材實料、服務品質、用餐環境，哪一個特點做得特別到位，促使你真心推薦。寫推薦信其實也是同樣道理！

舉例：
1) 我和 Alex 曾合作過 [專案名稱]， Alex 在面對 [困難/情境] 下展現了驚人的 [能力/技巧]，不僅成功 [另你驚豔的點]，更讓整件事情推展的更順利，最終取得 [結果]
2) 我特別佩服 Kelly 在 [哪一方面] 過人的能力，即便遇到 [情境] 也都可以有條不紊地處理，讓團隊所有人都十分佩服

🔹 4. 結尾：送上祝福或給予推薦
最後可以用一句話鏗鏘有力地總結推薦的原因，或是附上真摯的祝福，讓整段推薦看起來更有溫度。

舉例：
1) 祝褔 Michael 下段旅程一切順利！
2) 任何一間雇用 Helen 的公司，老闆完全可以放心地將專案託付給她，Helen 在最後一定會繳出超乎所有人預期的亮眼成績單
3) Alex 的才華與幹勁，是任何一間企業最寶貴的資產
4) 身為團隊組長，我真心推薦 Eric 給所有的公司
5) 身為員工，擁有像 Allen 一樣的主管是極大的榮幸

#LinkedIn推薦3大心法
掌握了基本的推薦架構後，再來分享撰寫時需要留意的心法。

🔹 心法一：吸人眼球的開場
如果想讓整段推薦顯得更加特別，在交代關係前，第一句話可以用「形容詞」強而有力的開場，吸引人想繼續看下去。

在發想如何落筆寫下這句話時，可以先思考我要推薦的這個人在哪一方面有多「酷」！要小心的是得盡量避免使用過於絕對的話語，比如「XXX 是所有員工裡我最喜歡的」，畢竟若同公司同事看到的話心裡應該不是很滋味。

建議的方向包括：
1) 很少人可以在職涯前期遇見一位亦師亦友的主管，但我確實遇到了！就在我於 [公司] 擔任 [職位] 的那 [時間] 裡，Kevin 不僅在專業能力上提點我該努力的方向，更在職涯上給予我許多中肯的建議
2) 當我提起 Tom，「高超效率」是我內心浮現的第一個形容詞
．
🔹 心法二：描繪個性
所有公司都希望招募進來的人不僅可以做好份內工作，也是一個很好的共事夥伴，所以你可以在最後一段試著分享推薦人的個性，還有和他共事下來的感覺，讓人可以透過你的描述對推薦人有更立體的想像。

但要注意的是，撰寫的點必須是可以替對方加分的，像是很會跟主管開玩笑等這類較與職涯專業印象抵觸的內容就盡量避免。

可以列舉的內容，包括：
1) 無論會議氣氛有多緊張，Tiffany 總能讓所有人離開會議室時是面帶微笑的

🔹 心法三：簡短扼要
除非真有的有大量資訊需要補充，否則盡量讓整段話控制在3個段落內即可，寫滿3,000個字反而讓人不想點開閱讀。
