วันนี้อดัมมี เคล็ด (ไม่) ลับ ทั้ง 10 ข้อ ในการเรียนภาษาไทยของอดัมที่ได้เขียนไว้ในหนังสือ “พูดภาษาอังกฤษแบบชัดเวอร์” อดัมอยากแบ่งปันให้ทุกคนที่กำลังเรียนภาษาที่สองไม่ว่าจะเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาใดก็ตาม ได้ลองพยายามประยุกต์ข้อแนะนำเหล่านี้ไปใช้กับการเรียนภาษาของตัวเอง และหวังว่ามันจะช่วยให้ทุกคนมีความกล้า และมั่นใจในการพูดภาษาอังกฤษแบบชัดเวอร์มากขึ้นกันนะครับ
1. Humble yourself and accept the fact that you are not a native speaker and therefore mistakes are inevitable.
จงถ่อมตนและยอมรับการที่ตัวเองไม่ได้เป็นเจ้าของภาษา เพราะฉะนั้นความผิดพลาดจึงเป็นเรื่องที่หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้
2. Learn from and laugh at your mistakes.
เรียนรู้และหัวเราะไปกับความผิดพลาดของตัวเอง
3. Don’t stress too much, have an optimistic attitude, and enjoy learning.
อย่าเครียดมากเกินไป มีทัศนคติบวกและเพลินเพลินไปกับการเรียน
4. Don’t be afraid to misspeak, but be brave to use trial and error in your second language.
อย่ากลัวพูดผิด แต่จงกล้าที่จะลองผิดลองถูกในภาษาที่สองของคุณ
5. Always be searching for opportunities to converse with native speakers.
หาโอกาสในการพูดคุยกับเจ้าของภาษาอยู่เสมอ
6. Try to mimic native speakers as much as you can in all aspects of the language.

7. Don’t hesitate to ask questions.

8. Learn full sentences, not just words.

Day 65 without training in the gym.

Did I lose some gainz? Maybe, but that's ok. My goals from the past few years are no longer to look like a bodybuilder or a physique competitor. However, that doesn't mean that I should stop progressing, and that's why you still see some home bodybuilding workout stuffs like lifting water buckets in my live, feed, and stories.

Well, training with water buckets may not seem as effective compare with gym types of equipment (duh), but they still do a pretty good job in giving the muscles excellent resistance and pump! 💪

I miss going to the gym just as much like every gym rats does. But at the same time, I kinda start loving the workouts that I do at home. 💯

How to Design an Effective Workout Plan: Ultimate Guide for Beginners | Joanna Soh
Having an effective workout programme is extremely important towards achieving your fitness goals. You can’t just have a goal and expect to achieve it, if you don’t have a clear and detailed plan. Without it, you’re probably wasting your time and effort.
There isn’t a “one plan fits all” solution. That’s because we are all different. Creating an exercise programme varies based on your age, goal, fitness level, lifestyle and more. Even with tons of workout videos out there, you still need to have the knowledge of knowing why you’re doing this workout, rather than just blindly following it..
So what I’ll be sharing with you today are the foundations to start a simple yet effective workout programme. It might sound daunting, but once you know the basics and build from there, it isn’t difficult, in fact it’s a lot of fun. I’m going to try to keep it really simple and break it down into 5 steps. Are you doing some of the most basic exercises correctly? Squats, lunges, push-ups and planks are some of the most common exercises we do whether it's following an online workout video, in the gym or joining a group class. Why? They are total body toning at its best!
Done correctly, these exercises will help you sculpt sexy curves, get you stronger plus and they have tons of variations for you to keep progressing. However if done incorrectly, you could hurt your lower back, knees, and fail to see results.
In this video, I'll be guiding you through step-by-step on how to perform a squat, lunge, push-up and plank correct. I'll be showing you the common mistakes to avoid and adjustments to make in ensuring your form is perfect.
