Just to remind you. Do not live the lives you had BEFORE the MCO. You have to understand that in this period of lockdown, it is CRUCIAL for you to do the best in saving up your provisions.

There are people who can only afford to drink water on a daily basis because of the financial struggle. There are families whose children fight with each other because of insufficient food on the bowl.

Many times, I myself eat ONCE a day. Not because I cannot afford but because I know this is not the time to indulge in a luxurious lifestyle. Even if I am hungry, I tell myself I have to LEARN to manage this hunger because it is not an easy time for the world now. It's about disciplining the mind.

People have NO income because of unpaid leaves. The rich is becoming poor and the poor is becoming poorer.

We are now on survival mode. Eat once a day, and survive on water. Or eat twice if you want to but small portions so that there will still will be balance for another day.

Help comes once or twice but if you keep taking it for granted and dont be responsible of controlling the usage of your provisions, one day you might be left with hunger like the hundreds of families out there at this moment who are now struggling to receive help. Fortunately for them, help is available.

So even if you can eat for just ONCE a day, be grateful and do not complain or demand for food. Don't overcook. Don't take a big amount just for yourself to eat. Eat only the amount that satisfies your hunger.

Please take this seriously. This really isn't a joke. The MCO might be extended if the numbers don't go down. Please be appreciative by being more aware of how you cook and spend.

Even if you can AFFORD a comfortable life for the coming weeks or months, just know that it is important to FEEL what most families are going through at this moment, to help us understand how important it is to be CAUTIOUS on how we spend or use anything.

They think they know what they’re doing. They think they’re building their financial future. But they’re actually “gambling” their savings away.⁣

So to protect you from making the same mistakes, here are the 3 warning signs you’re gambling your savings - instead of investing it. (My comments will follow.)⁣

Gambler Alert #1: You Invest In Things You Don’t Understand.⁣

Everyone was hyped and convinced it would keep rising and rising.⁣

Some people even re-mortgaged their homes to get in “before it’s too late”.⁣

Grapes are one of the best detoxifiers. They are also welknown to be anti-aging. This mask is quick and easy to make. You can really just pop into your kitchen and make amazing beauty remedies just like that.

A lot of expensive products you use or see today all use extracts from plants/fruits/vegetables. These are easily at reach in your own homes.

Try it yourself and you will see/feel the amazing results. If you don't have the ingredients at home already- you will be able to find it easily at your local supermarket.

This mask can be used once-twice a week. I would especially reccommend this mask after a night out or a long day a polluted city.

When your texture of your skin is improved- you will find your makeup even looks better. Infact- you won't even need makeup as much.
