支持政府取得優質疫苗，支持疫苗國家隊，拒絕中國劣質疫苗

近日我國衛福部與武漢肺炎疫苗全球取得機制 COVAX簽約，確保台灣能公平公正分配到一定疫苗採購，台灣確實在防疫方面一直是超前部署，取得豐碩成果，世界有目共睹。而COVAX是由GAVI 、CEPI及世界衛生組織(WHO)共同主導，現在到底有哪些備選疫苗呢？根據WHO目前確認的疫苗開發進度，已經進入最終階段的疫苗有以下九支：
1、University of Oxford/AstraZeneca：英國牛津-阿斯特捷利康
2、CanSino Biological Inc./Beijing Institute of Biotechnology：康希諾北京（中）
3、Gamaleya Research Institute：俄羅斯伽馬勒-衛星五號
4、Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies：比利時楊森製藥
5、Sinovac：科興控股生物科技有限公司（中）
6、Wuhan Institute of Biological Products/Sinopharm：國藥集團-武漢試驗所（中）
7、Beijing Institute of Biological Products/Sinopharm：國藥集團-北京實驗所（中）
8、Moderna/NIAID：美國莫得那
9、BioNTech/Fosun Pharma/Pfizer：德國BioNTech-上海復星醫藥-美國輝瑞
WHO不愧是中國的隨附組織，總共有4.5支中國疫苗入選。

那美國莫得那疫苗疫苗呢？實際上在2018年，莫得那完成5億美元的股權融資，投資人包含阿布達比投資局（ADIA），新加坡發展局投資基金（EDBI）和中國紅杉資本（Sequoia Capital China）。

目前呼聲最高的牛津-阿斯特捷利康，實際上技術是保持在一家Vaccitech公司，這公司和CanSino Biological Inc./Beijing有大量技術合作，而且也是包含華為、中國紅杉資本的投資公司。另外阿斯特捷利康公司與中國往來密切，也在上海成立了全球研發中心。

比利時楊森製藥目前只有在西安成立研發中心，看起來跟中國關係算是比較不密切的。

唯一找不到跟中國關係的是俄羅斯伽馬勒，衛星五號也是全球第一個上市的疫苗，我們支持政府的疫苗防疫超前部署，不過我們也希望在COVAX計劃下，台灣能對等尊嚴的取得非中國製造的劣質疫苗；希望在外購疫苗的時候可以進行把關，然後全力支持台灣國家隊研發國產優質疫苗，以保障國人健康。

（難不成在去中國化之下，就只能進口唯一跟中國完全沒關係的俄羅斯伽馬勒-衛星五號嗎？）
