Long time no hair tutorial! Sorry it's been a while guys! I was inspired to create this hairstyle after seeing it so many times in korean style magazines. I tried it out and have been loving the results. It only takes a few minutes too.

It is definitely something different. It is not your everyday braid because you will be learning to braid in four sections instead of 3. Dont worry- the concept is just as easy. It just takes practice.

You can use your thin scarves or cut out strips of fabric to weave into your hair. It is a great way to dress up your outfit. Denim is great for all seasons. So definitely dig out old clothes and recycle them by turning them into hair accessories.

This hairstyle looks best on shoulder to long hair. If your hair is shorter =( Maybe try hair extensions? Or cut smaller chunks of fabric perhaps.

Hope you guys enjoy this hair tutorial. It's unique, quirky and fun. I think it looks great with floral clothing too.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!


We took Isaac to A&E yesterday as his temperature soared mega high. Our thermometer read 41.8 so you could imagine how worried we were. The doctors said his temperature was high but definitely not 41.8 as laser thermometers aren't very accurate. Thank goodness.Turns out his throat & ears were red so he has a case of a viral infection. Good news is, his temperature is lowered now. He is on his road to recovery =). It could be the change of climate or the fact that he was on an airplane not long ago (which was germ filled). He's been grumpy since we got back so happy to see him smile (kind of) again today.

It is currently 8pm here in the UK. Most chances are, we'll be asleep when the clock strikes midnight so we want to wish everybody a HAPPY NEW YEAR. I'm quite excited to start a new leaf all over again. 2015 was not an easy year for me but it's the year I learnt the most. I know it was a blessed year despite everything. Here's to another blessed year!!! I hope it will bring you more opportunities to love, laugh and learn. *throws glitter*

We're still a little homesick. It's just been a little trickier settling in as Isaac seems to be struggling with the changes. Let's just give it time. Good news is, I'll be visiting our schools in Laos soon and seeing our doggies. YEY!
