以紅色及明黃色作主調，配以木雕裝飾，用燈籠、水墨畫做點綴，格調隆重且不會太俗氣。這就是有一股書香高雅韻味的香宮。作為香港初代酒店中菜廳，40年穩扎穩打的實力是有口皆碑！這次用餐令我留下深刻印象的，除了菜式一如以往的高質，還有總廚張師傅的大家風範。
