Nếu các Schofan tự tin về khả năng tiếng anh có thể join group "JOJO - Job Insider & Sharing" để tìm các cơ hội việc làm ở nước ngoài này (thỉnh thoảng chị thấy có nhiều Job ưu tiên người thành thạo nói tiếng Việt đó ^^)

【本当の夢とやりたいこと】
昨日、2部門で大賞に選んでいただいた｢BEYOND MILLENNIALS｣。改めまして、本当にありがとうございました！

受賞後にスピーチにて、「本当の夢とやりたいこと」を話させていただきました。それを文章でまとめたのが下記になります。長くはなりますが、今、僕が日本に伝えたいことを凝縮させましたので、もしよろしければ、ご一読いただけると嬉しいです。
ここから、日本人の「生き方」に、Game Changeを起こします。

この度は、栄えある初代「BEYOND MILLENIALS」のCareer部門大賞に選んでいただき、誠にありがとうございます。
毎日開いていた読者投票の画面を見ると、そうそうたる顔ぶれの中、僕だけが全力の笑顔で写っており、まさかそんな僕が選ばれるとは思わず、本当に驚いております。
■リーマントラベラーという、新しい生き方
僕は、平日は広告代理店で働きながら、週末で世界中を旅する、リーマントラベラーの東松と申します。リーマントラベラーとは、サラリーマンと旅人を掛け合わせて作った言葉です。
社会人3年目に、バスケが見たすぎて行った初めての一人海外旅行がキッカケで、旅にハマりました。当時は、なかなか休みが取れない社畜寸前のサラリーマン生活でしたが、連休や週末をフル活用して、世界中を旅しました。
そんなことをしているうちに、2016年、世界一周がしたいと思い立ってしまったのです。しかし、会社を辞める勇気はありません。悩んだ結果、ある閃きが降臨しました。
日本にいる時を、「トランジット」期間と考えれば、サラリーマンでも、会社を辞めずに世界一周ができる！
そう思い、2016年10月から12月、3ヶ月間毎週末海外旅行へ行き、5大陸18カ国を制覇し、働きながら世界一周を達成しました。
■夢が叶った、2018年
そんな活動をしている僕ですか、僕にとって2018年は、一度諦めた、夢が叶った一年でした。
本を出版したい。
そんな夢を、小さな頃から抱いていましたが、22歳の4月、サラリーマンになるタイミングで、一度この夢を諦めました。
そんな僕だったので、会社の中でやりたいことがなかなか見つかりませんでしたが、「リーマントラベラー」という、会社の外で、やりたいことを見つけて、会社を辞めずに、チャレンジしたことで、一度は諦めた小さな頃からの夢を、2018年6月に、会社の外で叶えることができました。
2018年は、夢が叶った一年でしたし、会社の外でも夢は叶うと証明できた一年でもありました。
■僕の本当の夢とやりたいこと
僕は、自分がもっと旅に出たくて「リーマントラベラー」という活動をしているわけではありません。
僕は、日本の教育を変えたい。
そう思い、この活動をしています。
僕が旅に出て、初めて知った、「生き方には選択肢がある」ということを、そして、自ら生き方を選択することで、自分の人生に主体性が持てるということを、日本にいながらでも知ることができるように、教育を変え、子供達に伝えていきたいと思っています。
■「働き方改革」ではなく、「休み方改革」
でも、まずは僕が伝えたいのは、サラリーマン。
僕は自分らしい生き方を見つけるために、特別なことはしていません。
僕は「休み方」を変えたら、「働き方」が変わり、「働き方」が変わったら、「生き方」まで変わったのです。
僕が自ら変えたのは「休み方」だけ。
「働き方」と「生き方」は、「休み方」を変えたら、自動的に変わったのです。
だからこそ、「働き方改革」ではなく、「休み方改革」。
休み方を自ら変えるということは、自分の人生を選択する第一歩。休み方を変えるだけで、僕は誰もが、未来を変えることができると信じています。
そんなことを、このアワードをキッカケに、これからさらに、たくさんの人に伝えて、日本人の「生き方」に、Game Changeを起こしたいと思います。
最後になりましたが、本当にたくさんの方に支えられたおかげで、サラリーマンを続けながら、このような賞を受賞できたと思っております。
