Saya ambil maklum mengenai keresahan rakyat Johor berkaitan program vaksinasi Covid-19, lebih-lebih lagi dengan peningkatan mendadak jumlah kes positif harian serta kematian sejak akhir-akhir ini.

Memandangkan situasi wabak Covid-19 yang sangat serius di negeri Johor, Tuanku Sultan Johor pada 20 Mei 2021, telah menitahkan supaya semua Ahli Parlimen dan ADUN di negeri Johor bermesyuarat dan bekerjasama untuk menolong rakyat Johor memerangi wabak Covid-19.

Golongan belia juga harus memainkan peranan mereka untuk membendung penularan wabak Covid-19 ini. Salah satu cara adalah untuk menjadi sukarelawan dalam Program Imunisasi Covid-19 Kebangsaan (PICK), membantu menyebarkan berita yang disahkan mengenai vaksin, dan menggalakkan ahli keluarga serta rakan-rakan mereka supaya mendaftar untuk vaksinasi.

Dengan ini, saya menitahkan agar Southern Volunteers digerakkan bagi membantu program vaksinasi di pusat-pusat vaksinasi yang ditubuhkan di setiap daerah negeri Johor dari segi pendaftaran rakyat Johor untuk mendapatkan vaksin tersebut. Saya juga berharap sukarelawan Southern Volunteers dapat menggalakkan golongan belia untuk memainkan peranan yang lebih besar dalam membendung penularan wabak Covid-19 ini.

Semoga peranan Southern Volunteers dapat dioptimumkan bagi membantu menjayakan program vaksinasi serta meningkatkan lagi keberkesanannya. Allah Berkati Johor.

I'm conscious of Johoreans concern regarding the Covid-19 vaccination programme, especially the surge in the number of positive cases and deaths lately.

In light of the alarming Covid-19 pandemic situation in Johor, His Majesty Sultan of Johor decreed on 20 May 2021 for all Members of Parliament and State Assembly in Johor to have a meeting and work together to help Johoreans combat the Covid-19 pandemic.

The youth should also play a role in curbing the Covid-19 pandemic. Among the ways are to become a volunteer in the National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK), help to share verified news regarding vaccines, and encourage family members and friends to register for vaccination.

With this, I decree that the Southern Volunteers be mobilised to assist in the vaccination programme at vaccination centres in every district in Johor in terms of registering the Johor rakyat for vaccination. I also hope the Southern Volunteers will be able to encourage the youth to play a bigger role in curbing the Covid-19 pandemic.

ซึ่งขอพูดกันตรง ๆ ว่าที่ Youtube แพ้เพราะปากตัวเองแท้ ๆ เลย ทั้ง ๆ ที่ในเงื่อนไขการใช้งาน Youtube ก็เขียนบอกว่าต้องอายุ 13 ปีขึ้นไป ใช่เด็กอาจจะโกหกอายุและมาแอบดู Youtube ได้ แต่ว่านั้นก็เป็นเพราะเด็กอยากดูเอง เพราะพ่อแม่ยอมให้เด็กเล่นเอง Youtube ไม่ได้ผิด
แต่ที่ Youtube ผิดก็เพราะดันไปเที่ยวป่าวประกาศว่า Youtube เป็นเว็บที่เด็กดูมากที่สุดให้กับผู้ลงโฆษณา ทั้งที่ก่อนหน้านี้บอกว่าให้ไม่ให้เด็กต่ำกว่า 13 ดู

ทว่าพอตอนนี้กลับบอกว่า Youtuber ต้องมารับผิดชอบด้วยโดยตัดเงินโฆษณา ต้องบอกว่าเนื้อหาคุณเป็นเนื้อหาเด็ก และถ้าเนื้อหาคุณไม่ได้บอกว่ามีเป้าหมายเพื่อเด็ก แต่ FTC คิดว่ามันเป็น คุณก็มีโอกาสโดนฟ้อง โดนลบคลิปและปิดช่อง ทั้ง ๆ ที่สิ่งที่ Youtuber แค่ทำคลิปออกมา ซึ่งไม่ได้ผิดกฏหมาย COPPA เลย
Youtube เองต่างหากที่ผลักความรับผิดชอบในการจัดการเนื้อหามาให้ Youtuber เป็นหลัก

คือ FTC ได้ให้เงื่อนไขของกฏหมาย COPPA ไว้ในปี 2015 ว่า มันมีสิ่งที่เรียกว่า เนื้อหาสำหรับทุกเพศทุกวัย
ซึ่งหมายความว่า เป็นเนื้อหาที่ไม่ได้เล็งแค่เด็ก แต่วัยอื่น ๆ ก็ดูได้
และกฏหมาย COPPA ไม่สามารถมีผลต่อเนื้อหาจำพวกนี้ได้
เพราะกฏหมายนี้จะมีผลก็ต่อเมื่อเนื้อหาของคุณมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายหลักคือเด็กที่อายุต่ำกว่า 13 และจงใจเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มเป้าหมายนี้โดยเฉพาะ

Advertisement with a specific person called personalize ads to take information from each of us. See what they are interested in. Shoot us an ad we should be interested in.

Personalize Ads can make customers buy more products than random shooting advertising for everyone to see.
So it's a great source of Youtube, which youtube has shared that income for creator youtuber castor so these people can make videos for many people to watch.

But during this year, Youtube changed the policy on rudeness.
Well, if the clip contains adult content such as sexual content, profanity, using severe words, 18 + jokes will not earn money from that clip.

Changing this policy makes a huge change because it makes youtuber turn to create content that can show kids because they make money.

The content that targets kids becomes the most earning content on Youtube.
Try to hit the game category on Youtube
Most of them are games that kids love to play. Roblox Minecraft. The game that kids love to watch. Apparently aiming at kids.

Youtuber that makes the most money in the world is channel
Ryan toysreview which is also a review channel for children's toys.

Apparently kids become Youtube's main audience

In 2019, Youtube got sued because he lied to death that the kid is not the main audience.
But I see that it's right and I went to collect cookies to make advertisement for kids. It's illegal. Coppa. See.

Let me say that youtube lost because of his mouth. Even in terms of use, Youtube says that it has to be 13 years old or older. Yes, kids may lie to age and sneak peek at Youtube. But it's because kids want to watch it. Because parents let kids play by themselves. Youtube is not wrong.

Content do you have an animation cartoon character?
Is there a cereal breakfast snack toy?
Is there a kid in the clip
Are there activities that kids are interested in such as playing video games
Is there a teenage language that children are interested in?
Is there a light message attracted to children?
Is there a cartoon character or celebrity that kids like?
And if you're not sure, Youtube will let you consult the lawyers.

Which has heard from all of them is so bad
Yes, kids content like tales or comics must be childish content
But video games
The way you have video game content can be interpreted as child content.
Castor. Work is growing.
Especially playing roblox minecraft
Brother Ek who plays planet zoo doesn't know if he will survive.
Plus, there are many more channels that review toys.
Vrzo also has teenage language and light messages
Although many channels are not aiming for the main goal as a kid, but if it meets the conditions, there is a possibility of getting hit as well from the definition above.

Youtube is primarily pushing the responsibility of managing content for youtuber.

Youtube can strictly manage the system from children under 13 years to watch content on Youtube.
Just forcing everyone to have an account and confirm that they are 13 years old is done.

No Youtube don't do that

Just Youtube doesn't keep it. It's done.
No need to cancel income without advertising
No need to cancel notifications or make the clip unsearchable
What Youtube does like hints for creators to stop making kid content indirectly

Because this law only applies when your content has a primary audience, children under 13 and deliberately collect information from this audience.

But Youtube forced people to separate whether they let kids watch or not to watch. Which is too limited. Such as brother ek hrk. Even if they play games, teenagers, adults can watch it. Many kids like it. But if they follow youtube rules, brother ek. Will become content for kids and won't notify anyone else
It's too bad. It's all like this.

The inner circle from Youtube also comes out why youtube doesn't provide content choices for all ages.
The answer is because it will make companies less profit.

HAIR
As you can see I have very thick bangs! See through bangs are a big hit in Korea right now. I’ll part my hair in the middle and pin excessive hair from my bangs to the side and curl them while I do my makeup. With this trick I can have bangs to match my makeup!

FOUNDATION
Next Ill get my foundation and mix a pea sized amount of sunscreen into it before applying. Voila, we have created BB cream! You can also buy BB cream at the store if mixing it is too much of a hassle, but either way, since BB cream originated in Korea it is has gained popularity as a more natural looking option to foundation and it’s a must for this look.

CORRECTOR
I am using PERIPERA’s lavender and mint corrector instead of my usual cream corrector. They melt into your complexion like butter on pancakes. Lavender goes to the dull parts, and green goes to all those red blotches. Even after covering my face with it, I don’t feel the need to use any setting powder!

CONCEALER
For a natural look like this I like using liquid concealer, for all the spots I couldn’t make disappear with the correctors before.

POWDER
This lightweight, perfumed powder is from last years JILL STUART limited edition Christmas coffret – they do have highlighters and powders but this exact product is not on sale anymore! Im using it to create a base for the eyebrows and eyemakeup. As you can see, its almost invisible!

EYESWhile this looks like a lip tint or a nail polish, it’s actually a cheek cream! Ill use this for both my eyes and cheeks. For the eyes, one dab blended up to the browbone should be enough.
Then Ill get an equally creamy eyeshadow and add it to the lids for depth.
Finally, Ill use revlons crème brulee colorstay as a highlighter! Its great for lightening other colours or as a stand alone eyeshadow!
I draw a thin line extending my upper eyeline, creating the illusion of longer eyes.This may be off topic but in Korea its popular to elongate eyes, and in Japan its trendy to for a round eye shape!

CHEEKS
Its good for times when you’re NOT using powder and going for a natural look. Without powder Crème De Cheek spreads smoothly and the colour will look like it’s part of your skin. And if you use it on top of powder the cream will absorb the moisture and get all crumbly!

EYEBROWS
For this look I went for sharpie eyebrows, so I got the darkest eye pencil I could find at the drugstore, drew two rectangles above my eyes and filled them in generously.

LIPS
Etude Houses Rich Vivid tint is a like a lip gloss in terms of consistency, making it easy to apply! Once dried on the lips it looks just like a lip tint. After applying some on the center of my lips, I draw an outline with concealer and smudge it to create the trademark lip tint gradation!

EYELASHESThese eyelashes are two third the length of normal falsies, and about the same length as my natural lashes. Applying this will help me

HIGHLIGHTER
The last touch is going to be liquid highlighter – I apply a dap on the highest point of your cheekbones and lips. Enough to make my skin look hydrated – but not too much that it’d look oily!


FINISHED
The 3 most important parts of Korean makeup that differentiates it from other makeup looks are the straight brows, no makeup skin and light cheek color. This look should help you achieve the cutesy yet grown up atmosphere that comes with the Korean style, and not of couuurse, not to actually look Korean! See you soon! Bye bye!


Since this look requires straight eyebrows, I shaved mine off so that theyre easier to shape!
