I still remember the day when I first created this page in 2012.
One of my biggest concerns was about how to keep my social media constantly updated and I was afraid that social media would somehow ruin the quality of my life...
Since then... I have spent an average of 10 to 30 minutes, each day... some days even up to a few hours, just to create content! As time passed, I started to gain followers and as the following grew, people started to think that I was some superstar-wannabe. Haha... Perhaps it was because I was exposing so much of myself, not just photos of my body, but also because of how much time and effort I spend on social media even during my holiday trip.
What they did not know, was that my subscribers and my followers were my daily motivation to improve... to be better, to change my life, in the hopes of that it will also impact others.
Thank you everyone! Because of you... I must keep improving, both physically and spiritually. Because of you... I have to keep enhancing my fitness knowledge. Because of you... I have become more innovative in designing my training, since sharing the same thing over and again can be so boring! Because of you... I have learned some marketing, I mean... who wouldn’t want their page to reach a greater audience? I dare say that I have even picked up some photo & video-editing techniques to improve my content! :D
Last, but not least, as a person who isn’t very good in words, some of my greatest improvements is in writing and public speaking. And there is so much more that I have learnt and grown as a person that I have yet to be able to express in words.
Whether it’s 1000 or 1000000 Likes... it isn’t a mere matter of milestones, but of moments, too. I truly am honored and grateful!
A MILLION THANKS, to all of you! You are all awesome! Jordan Yeoh

Continue ReadingLive with 'depression' next to each other.
---
Two-three years ago, I found that people around me, friends, brothers and sisters. I want to be bored, aka ' depression '. Many people have some times that I'm tired. Some of the same time, but when I sit and talk to someone who has a real disease, I found that people with different condition. I didn't understand. People who have this disease before. I accidentally act in the wrong way. I want to help, but I do everything. Looking worse today. I want to share some thoughts and information. In case it's beneficial with depression, including close ones. Of course I'm not a doctor. I just want to tell you and talk about some aspects. If anyone has good information or helpful ways to do it. Feel free to share. It should be beneficial to many people.
...
1. Before speaking, we should listen.
People around patients with depression often judge and look at their own eyes. We always try to sedition to be strong, have goals, ask about passion, and whatever you think it will be powerful with life. Sometimes I accidentally scold. Said why he is so tired, lazy, long spine, doesn't do anything. Sometimes I encourage him to get up to do something. All of this with best wishes, but know that for patients. These things. The more it makes the situation worse because it shows the understanding of the condition he is experiencing. If someone close to be bored before he lets him do many things, we should give him a bit of how he feels about the world and our lives. To understand more
...
Lol he didn't want to be
When we listen, we will understand that the condition he is very difficult because it is an insensitive feeling about everything, no negative, no negativity, nothing, no meaning, don't want to don't want to do anything, don't want to talk to anyone, which he doesn't even want to be The more pressure in the world that everyone has to work hard, the more you feel worthless. I want to get up to work, but I don't have enough strength. Besides being tired, we still have to fight the value that society around you. It's a time that is not easy. I am.
...
Lol he may not be stressed by anything. Suddenly it happens.
Everyone has stress, but it's all caused by something. While this disease is different. Sometimes - one day this symptom happened yesterday, I still smile. Today we can't tell him. " Hey, keep thinking positive " or " just change the way of thinking, life changes " something like that. When it happens, it will last for weeks or months. During that time. Patients will be the one who don't want to do anything, whether it's work. Playing or even showing love with love is a great time of understanding and if he says " you don't understand me that's what he really wants to say
...
4. Give him time to give us time
During that time, he will change to a different person. It may be a bad person who has been active. May not be bored of work. I may not get out of bed or insomnia, no strength. Sometimes I don't think that they don't want to live. It's a time when people. All around you should give time to not try to make him get well quickly because it's impossible. But it shouldn't be more pressure or take care of it. Because this moment, he may not have much mood to interact with anyone. Give time. Him and with us.
...
Lol it's about chemicals in the brain
What we should understand is that this disease is not caused by an attitude or perspective to the world. Even when it affects the world, but the cause of the brain, there may be some chemicals in the brain that is low or some medical disorders. Still can't answer. What is the real cause of it? It may be genes or mixed environment. When we understand this, we will see that it's normal that people have some disease in some times. Comparison to cold may not be right, but think about it. Sometimes some diseases come into life. Give it time. It will slowly unfold.
...
Lol call it a disease to feel normal
When this is a symptom of a disease. Instead of a disease, we should feel like it is normal for human beings. It should not feel that we should not feel bad. We have a disease or someone beside us. Just a normal thing that happens to keep us beside each other to support and understand together.
...
7. Do you want to change the name of the disease?
I really want to rethink about this disease. The word ' depression ' makes us not want to tell anyone that I have this disease. In fact, we are not going to be depressed for the rest of my life or all the time. I want to call it ' disease. What are you tired? ' because it's temporarily tired. Well, people can be tired? It's only temporary. I will come back to have new power. Just ' I'm not ' not ' depressed ' Go forever. Don't panic.
...
Haha. Invite him to go to the doctor.
Many patients don't know that there is a disease in the world. Some people may not admit that they are in America. There is an average that each patient takes more than ten years to ask for advice from the doctor. Even going to the doctor can help you feel better. Sitting and talking. Paying medicine to balance brain chemistry, including doctor's advice is beneficial to patients. If someone close to have some symptoms, you should recommend him to go to the doctor. It's like we have a sore throat and fever. We need to find a doctor. Isn't we find a doctor? Doctor cures this disease. It's not a shocking thing. As I said it's normal. People can have a disease.
...
Haha. You are not weak. You can tell each other.
Whether we have this disease or close ones, one thing we should understand is that we are not weaker than others. It's one condition that something in the brain is unbalanced. In that condition may have an idea to compare ourselves to others, such as opening Facebook. I feel like everyone is happier than me (a little less on Facebook) or compare to myself when I'm brighter, but it's similar to when we ankle. We can't go back to being the same right away even if I speed up the day. No matter how much you speed up, open-minded talk can heal the feeling, including telling the thoughts of suicide can help reduce the risk of suicide too. The close ones should open your mind and listen and some people should open your mind to tell the feeling. People we can trust. Tell the world that I have this disease. People around you will understand that in the midst of society that don't understand. Patients will make patients feel worried. We don't dare to tell anyone. So we need more understanding in society for the story that are walking around. Inside will be told more comfortably.
...
Lol let's exercise
I found that many brothers and sisters who have a disease. Better, brighter, more power from exercise. Even if you try and do it continuously, you will slowly feel better. Exercise may cause some chemicals in the brain to add good feelings for us. Some people say that we have lived in the field before. Before we have to run for food. Now we have to sit in a narrow air conditioning room all day. It makes it unnatural. So we should find When you return to our natural activity. Exercise is a magic pill. It helps both chemicals. It helps to help healthy. If there are people close to you, try to invite them to exercise together. But don't have to much pressure. Take it slow.
...
All that I think spreading knowledge of understanding is very important. Both close level is to interaction with patients in the house. If we understand, we will treat each other better and at the level of Society is wide. If society understands, patients will dare to speak. Dare to tell others stories and feelings.
It's not strange that we have some moments to cross over. Whether at the level of family or society. I think we need understanding of each other to be beside each other to cross that time. There is still a bright tomorrow waiting. I'm still here.
If it's not too disturbing, I want to share this information to help create more understanding of this disease. If anyone has any information, please comment and tell me. It should be beneficial to everyone.
Thank youTranslated

Michael Jordan's coach pleaded with him to go back in the game, and the opposing coach made sure Jordan had the chance to end his career with a basket.
Jordan's last shot was a free throw, and like his final appearance in an NBA uniform, it was good.
One of the greatest players in NBA history played the final game of his illustrious career Wednesday night, not in the setting that he would have preferred but in a special atmosphere nonetheless. Jordan's final moment on the court ended with him receiving applause and a lengthy standing ovation from nearly everyone in the arena -- including the coaches and the other players.
He soaked it all up with a wide smile and a wave to the crowd after exiting for good with 1:44 remaining in the fourth quarter of a 107-87 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers.
``Now I guess it hits me that I'm not going to be in a uniform anymore -- and that's not a terrible feeling,'' Jordan said afterward. ``It's something that I've come to grips with, and it's time. This is the final retirement.''
Jordan finished with 15 points, four rebounds and four assists in 28 minutes -- drawing several adoring ovations from the last sellout crowd that will ever watch him play.
``The Philly people did a great job. They gave me the biggest inspiration, in a sense,'' Jordan said. ``Obviously, they wanted to see me make a couple of baskets and then come off. That was very, very respectful, and I had a good time.''
Jordan's final points almost looked scripted, with Eric Snow of the 76ers fouling him in the backcourt for no apparent reason except to send him to the line.
``Coach (Larry Brown) told me to foul him, get him to the line to get some points and get him out of there,'' Snow said.
Both foul shots went in, and the Wizards committed a foul one second later so that Jordan could be removed from the game and receive the proper send-off. In a rare scene, the 10 players who remained on the court turned to Jordan and applauded, too.
The 40-year-old Jordan would have preferred to end his career in the playoffs, but the Wizards never clicked during his two years in Washington and finished 37-45 in both seasons.
But that was merely a footnote on this stirring night, the last time the basketball public was treated to one of the greatest athletes in history playing the game one last time.
Jordan finished his career with 32,292 points -- the third-highest total in league history, behind Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Karl Malone. His final career average of 30.12 goes down as the best in NBA history, just ahead of Wilt Chamberlain's 30.07.
``I never, never took the game for granted. I was very true to the game, and the game was very true to me. It was just that simple,'' Jordan said.
With the Sixers ahead by 21 points with 9 1/2 minutes remaining, the crowd began chanting ``We want Mike.'' The chant grew louder as the period progressed with Jordan remaining seated, and fans ignored the game to stand and stare at the Wizards' bench, wondering why Jordan wasn't playing.
This being Philadelphia, they eventually booed.
Jordan finally pulled his warmups off and re-entered the game with 2:35 left for his brief final appearance.
``I played here. I told him I at least have to be able to come back (to Philadelphia),'' Wizards coach Doug Collins said. ``I told him to go back in for a minute. He said, 'I'm stiff.' I said, 'Please. They want to see you.' He said, 'Larry Hughes is going to foul out soon, so put me in then.'''
Earlier in the game, Jordan showed his age.
There was a play in the first quarter when he looked like the Jordan of old, except for the result. Starting near the foul line, Jordan ducked his shoulder, lowered his head, stuck out his tongue and drove to his right, the ball rolling off his fingers ever so softly as it arched toward the net.
Rather than going in, though, the ball hit the front rim and missed -- one of several of his shots that came up a few inches short.
One of the exceptions was Jordan's final shot of the first half -- a one-handed dunk that came after he received a nice pass under the basket from Bobby Simmons.
Jordan hit his first two shots of the third quarter but didn't do much else positive in the period. On an alley-oop pass from Tyronn Lue, the ball hit him in the fingertips and bounced harmlessly away. A lazy crosscourt pass was picked off by Aaron McKie, leading to one of Philadelphia's 31 fast-break points. Jordan's final field-goal attempt was a missed layup with 8:13 remaining.
``I'm not embarrassed,'' Jordan said, ``but it's just not ... I've had better feelings in terms of playing a competitive game.''
The standing ovation that Jordan received lasted about three minutes, with Jordan smiling, nodding and chewing gum throughout. The group Boyz II Men sang ``It's So Hard To Say Goodbye'' between the first and second quarters as a montage of Jordan's career highlights was shown on the scoreboard.

Since I've noticed that there are so many comments about
how big my eyes are
they wonder how I get my eyes so big
what I use to make them big
what makeup techniques make my eyes big
and again that my eyes are very big and how do i make them bigger
annnnd we see that big eyes can touch people emotionally or something or just
So I thought I'd share with you my makeup technic on how I make my eyes big! Let's start!
I usually wear circle lenses to make my eyes look bigger. This one with 17.5mm is bigger than the average 14.5mm circle lens. Depending on their design they have an eye enlarging effect andare available in various styles and sizes so there's something for everybody.
I mostly use eyeshadows in natural tones as green, creme colour or brown because they give an effect of deeper set eyes, like of a doll.
The lightest colour, a creme one with some shimmer, will be applied up to the browbone. A light colour on the brow bone brightens the eyes, so it actually makes you look more "awake".
The middle tone colour is applied from the inner corner followed by the darkest colour. This colour arrangement will give an illsuion of wider eyes.
A small tip:
Blend black eyeliner in your crease to make your eyes look more deeper.
Let's continue with the eyeliner! Line the half of your lash line. Actually lining the third of your lash line opens your eye, but we are going to work this out later, so keep on watching!
Now get your mascara and don't be greedy! Apply coat over coat until your lashes are really thick and long. To make it really effective, you'll need to apply false lashes. But really thick and long ones. Another tip: Set them a bit off to make your eyes look wider.
Finally apply mascara over the falsies. After all, we want an effect that get's noticed, right? An effective effect.
Back to the eyeliner: Thicken a bit more then the half of the line. This will open your eyes and
with this look, it's more effective than lining only a third.
A well known must for bigger eyes is applying white eyeliner on your waterline, and inner eye corner.
Lashes play an important role in this look! So let's apply lower ones, too.
And because we never can have enough lashes, we are going to draw them! Use a liquid eyeliner to draw lines that should look like really long lashes.
Then just blend them together with a black eyeliner, to fit them in.
Hey, we're done!
Thank you for watching my video
And I wish you a lot of fun trying out this makeup
See you in my next video!

Layering skin care products is very popular in Asia. A poll showed how women in Asia would use about an average of 9 skin care products on a daily basis! So skin care is taken very very seriously. I'm not using 9 products here, but I am layering my products. This is my favorite method and it's best for night time. Daytime, you want to use a technique that's requires lighter layers. I also recommend sleeping on your back, because not only is it better for your body, but it's better for your face. Enjoy!
