2016年のWORLDCUPシーズンが終わりました。
昨日のWORLDCUPクラニ大会では、決勝でとてもよいパフォーマンスをする事が出来、2位になる事が出来ました。決勝で全てを出し尽くせて最高に気持ちよかったです！！！
リードで2位は自己ベストに並ぶ成績★
前回参戦したWORLDCUP中国大会で4位となり、とてもよい感覚を掴めたので今回はさらに調子を上げて臨みました。リードの頻度や持久力のトレーニングはそんなに増やさなかったけど、リードの壁の中で脱力する感覚とか、パンプし始めてから勝負をかけるタイミング、本気トライの自分のリズムを作りました。
2016年のボルダーシーズンは最初から全く納得の出来るパフォーマンスが出来ず、どんなに大会に出てもモヤモヤは溜まる一方でした。そして、気持ちよく登れるキッカケになったのは8月のアジア選手権のリードでの初優勝。10年のアスリート生活の中で、初めてのタイトル獲得がとても嬉しくて新鮮だったし、何よりも勝つ感覚って本当に自信になる。その後、わたしはリードもボルダーもバランスよくトレーニングしていた方が調子が良いと思い、後半戦はリードにも参戦しました。
ずっと、まだ駄目、このままじゃ今年は終われないって自分に言い聞かせてきたけど、やっと休んでいいんだよって言える〜〜〜！ここ2ヵ月位は仕事とトレーニングとメンタルの疲労もピークで不眠に陥ってキツかったけどやっとゆっくり寝れそ♡そして今年は、リードもボルダーも最高順位が2位。オーバーオールランキング(リード、ボルダー、スピードの混合成績)も2位。来年こそは優勝したいと強く思いました。こっからの1個が大変なんだけど…山も谷も楽しみながら登り続けようと思います🔝🔝

特に、最後まで、直前まで一緒に頑張ってくれた伊東コーチと千葉トレーナーには感謝してもしきれません。全然思うように登れなくて、今年何回トレーニングの事で喧嘩したかわからない(笑)けど、これからもよろしくお願いします。

IFSC World Cup 2016 season was over!
I could great performance at the final much at Kranj yesterday, and I got 2nd place.
I was very happy that I could do my best!!
Place 2nd for lead climbing is same as my personal best. The last WC in china, I got 4th place and got a good sense, so I could go into WC in Kranj with good condition.
2016 boulder season was that I couldn't do satisfactory performance at first, my frustration has became worth and worth while I participated many competitions.
But it had changed.
The turning point was I start train Lead climbing.
I thought I can keep good condition when I train lead and boulder at the same time, so I participated lead competition as well at the latter half of the season.
This season was long and rich, but finally I can think to take a break. I can think to start training for next season.
My best results of this year were 2nd place, for boulder, lead and overall(total result of all kind). So I deeply thought I want to win next year.
