If you wanna join FB, I am happy to submit your resume in the employee referral system. Of course, you may not get the job, but at least HR will review your resume. Few steps to ensure you have higher chance to get the job:

首先，找尋三到五個你適合的職缺，不限國家。臉書的職稱聽起來都很弱，很少什麼副總、總監之類的。這裏通常總監下面都有上百人，十多年經驗。所以如果你覺得職缺內容看起來不錯，職稱卻很弱，別擔心，這裡就是這樣，你還是可以很有權力高薪影響力。我可以幫你投三個，但多寄幾個給我，我可以幫你挑我覺得比較適合的。(如果我覺得你背景不合，我也有可能建議你不要投。）

接著，更新你的履歷，請用我的版本重新寫過。我的版本是過去付費給履歷公司改過的，其中「責任」和「成就」分開，也清楚解說公司的背景。而且美國很多公司其實履歷在人資看之前，會先經過電腦分類到適合的欄位，這個版本也完全符合履歷軟體的工具，軟體讀你的履歷時不會變亂碼。請根據你找到的職缺，重新改過履歷，讓履歷適合你要的職缺。有多少相關經驗就寫幾頁，如果沒經驗一頁嫌太多，有相關經驗，兩三頁不嫌多，當然，要是第一頁很糟，可能人家也不會往下看。

2. Update your resume. Use my template. I paid a professional resume editing company to edit my resume before. It not only clearly separates responsibility to achievement, but also fits well with resume system - when the machine read your resume and categorize the information to forms, it won't be a mess. Yes, many book says only one page, but my POV is that it depends on how much you have. If you have no relevant experience, one page is too much; if you have a lot, 2-3 pages may not even enough.
