8/2 後記：

今天看到新聞，體育署決定撤換冰協秘書長吳奕德，並停止補助冰協一年。

事件到目前為止，仍有疑點未清。吳奕德仍未交代何謂他口中的「隱形國際壓力」，但他的確在一開始給大眾錯誤訊息，而中央社也在第一時間報導。中央社是我們的國家通訊社，這也是我當時請大家幫忙聲援的原因。

我們無法得知，這事件到底跟2022冬季奧運有沒有相關。我認為，吳奕德縱使被撤換，也應該跟大眾交代何謂「隱形國際壓力」。

原訂今年十月在台北小巨蛋舉辦的國際花式滑冰經典賽，昨天突然被取消了！國際滑冰總會（International Skating Union)的理由很荒謬：「因為國際情勢關係，台灣不適合舉辦」。

這真的太荒謬了！因為該賽事要改由香港協會主辦（比賽地點則改為中國東莞）。Hello? 香港現在街上充滿催淚瓦斯跟警棍，爆發流血衝突，黑道當街打人，這樣的「國際情勢」，比台灣更適合舉辦比賽？

這不是中共打壓，還能是什麼？！🤬

雖然教育部表示將會嚴正抗議，但身為歹丸郎的我們，還是可以一起努力讓國際社會聽到我們的聲音。

To whom it may concern,

This is Jerry Liu （這邊大家填上自己的名字）from Taiwan.

I am writing to express my deep regret on the recent decision by International Skating Union (ISU) regarding cancelling Taiwan as the host of 2019 Asian Open Figure Classic scheduled on October 30-November 3, 2019.

As you may know, Taiwan is a beacon of democracy and a free land for various sports. Many Taiwanese sports players are considered top athletes in international arena. Sports shall be apolitical as players deserve a free venue for fair competition.

Hence I strongly urge ISU to reconsider this aforementioned wrongful decision and demonstrate to the world that ISU still deserves its reputation of neutrality. Taiwan hosting the game would show to the world that skating is a sports of grace, not of politics.

Your attention to this message is sincerely appreciated. I look forward to your favorable response soon.

As a member of the parliament of Taiwan, the Legislative Yuan, I am writing to you to inform you about Taiwan’s contributions in the battle against COVID-19 and to ask the WHO not to exclude Taiwan for political reasons. Many of my colleagues around the world has sent you mails for the same cause, so I’d like to ask for your attention to our messages.
　
In the attachment are some of the articles on Taiwan’s prevention strategies to combat the disease, including international media coverage and analysis of medical experts. As early as last December, we took actions and intervention against COVID-19. Our command structure is clear and fast in response. Our governance and information revelation are transparent and democratic. Therefore, Taiwan has kept the infection rate very low. In addition, Taiwan’s biochemical research has had major breakthrough on producing a rapid diagnostic test for COVID-19, as well as on producing Remdesivir, the promising antiviral to treat the disease. We are more than glad to share our ideas and experience with the world.
　
The WHO could have prevented serious outbreak around the world, if it had had avoided misleading information and taken earlier actions. Unfortunately, the WHO has acquiesced further spread of the infectious disease by ignoring alerts and being slow in response mainly due to political reasons. Hundreds of thousands of lives are now at risk because of this.
　
Director-General, your profile on the WHO website tells the world that you “envision a world in which everyone can live healthy, productive lives, regardless of who they are or where they live.” And I share the same vision with you. Taiwan’s experience and governance can make tremendous contributions to global public health care. Perhaps you are misled by power politics, but I urge you to fulfill the noble mission of your position to promote better health for everyone, everywhere.

I wanna thank those who have shown me their liking and love for my original which was used for NTV7 Malaysian drama (Holiday). As a singaporean living in singapore, I wasnt sure of the response over there. But as I gradually received positive comments and encouragement from these friendly people through facebook, instagram and youtube, I felt really touched. As I am an independent artiste , so I could only get my best partner Mr Cheong Waii Hoong to help me out in doing up this Music Video within the short span of a week. Its not the best, but I hope you guys can feel the full amount of sincerity in there.

Ok, so my Mandarin isn't that great because I was born and raised in Virginia, but I am seriously trying!! I really really love this song by Katy Perry. I don't usually get touched by songs, but her song "Thinking of You" is extremely touching (check it out if you haven't). But while listening to it for the 5948th time, I started making up Mandarin words to go with it. Making the Mandarin Version of this was really to practice my lyric writing skills. Please don't sue me, Katy Perry, for using/ruining your song, I love you. haha

The basic idea of the song's lyrics is the guy's response to Katy Perry's original lyrics. I guess it's as if she dated a Chinese guy and he's talking back in Mandarin hahahaha.
