Full-Time Community Manager Job Description: 3 - 6 months contractor, potentially extend into a permanent position.
- Manage our social media strategy, personality, and execution (with multimedia contents - graphics, videos, blogs)
- Help on industry research
- Help on community events for portfolio companies or external audiences.
- Assist with investment evaluations and portfolio company management.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with digital marketing tools.
- Passionate reader of all things related to the tech industry.
- Willing to learn new things, curious about new technology.
- Enjoy learning about new companies, products, trends, and writing + producing interesting content about them.
- Enjoy organizing events and meeting new people.
- 1-2 years of work experience in the media or tech industry

Check out the final SpaceX's Hyperloop speed competition. Elon Musk held a pod competition for student teams. The student teams need to finish the 0.77 mile-long test track with the fastest speed. The winner is the German Technical University exceeded 201 mph with their all-carbon fiber construction design.
