บันทึกครบรอบ 3ปี2เดือน ในการเลิกสูบบุหรี่ของผม!!
เวลาผ่านไปเร็วกว่าที่คิดครับ
จากแรกๆที่เฝ้านับวัน จนปล่อยให้มันผ่านไปโดยที่ไม่แยแสอะไรเลย...
ย้อนเวลากลับไป ก็แปลกใจอยู่เหมือนกัน ที่ตอนนั้นยอมให้ตัวเองขาดมันไม่ได้ ต้องทนอยู่กับความเหม็น อาการไอ และการนอนหลับที่แสนทรมานมาเกือบๆ20ปี
อยากเลิกหลายครั้ง แต่ก็แพ้เพราะความอ่อนแอของตัวเองทุกครั้ง
รู้ว่าไม่ดี แต่ก็เลิกไม่ได้...
จนถึงช่วงนึงที่เริ่มมีอาการไอถี่ขึ้นจากการใช้เสียง
ออกกำลังกายได้น้อยลง รู้สึกกังวลเวลาต้องเข้าไปคุยกับใคร
แถมแฟนก็เริ่มไม่อยากให้เข้าใกล้ เพราะเหม็นบุหรี่ และเริ่มมีอาการไอตามผมแบบไม่ทราบสาเหตุ
ก็เริ่มรู้สึกว่า มันไม่ใช่แล้วว่ะ!
การเลิกครั้งนั้นของผม เริ่มง่ายมากครับ
คือคิดจะเลิกปุ๊ป ก็ขยำซองบุหรี่ แล้วขว้างลงถังขยะปั๊ป
แล้วบอกตัวเองว่าจะไม่สนใจสิ่งที่เป็นขยะในชีวิตอีกต่อไป
ไม่หาสิ่งใดมาทดแทน
ไม่คิดว่าต้องโหยหา ไม่กลัวความทรมาน
ไม่สนว่าชีวิตจะเกิดสภาวะ"ขาด" ใดใด
เพราะมันคือสิ่งที่ "เกิน" มาตั้งแต่เเรก
แล้วมันก็สำเร็จ จากความตั้งใจบวกกับความสุขที่ได้กลับมา!
บางทีการเลิกลากับสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่ง ก็ไม่ได้ยากเย็นเสมอไป ถ้าเราตระหนักได้ว่า ความสัมพันธ์นั้นๆมันมีแต่การทำร้ายกันซ้ำไปซ้ำมา.......
มาจนถึงวันนี้ ผมบอกได้เต็มปากว่า ผมคิดไม่ผิด!

ยิ่งได้หอมแก้มภรรยาได้บ่อยขึ้นโดยไม่กังวล ก็ยิ่งมั่นใจว่า

3th anniversary record of my quitting smoking!!
Time flies faster than I thought.

I want to quit many times but I lose because of my own weakness every time.
I know that it's not good but I can't stop...
