Never mind almost the whole world is impressed by Taiwan's effort to combat the pandemic or how much sympathy Taiwan received for being excluded by the WHO. This man used "racism" to attack Taiwan, a country that does not exclude foreigners and treats them like a Taiwan national all the same. Foreigners even receive daily allowance like all the Taiwanese do if they are quarantined. Black or not black you get 30 euros a day like any other Taiwanese. At a time most countries tighten their immigration policy, Taiwan openly welcomes immigrants. Taiwan has lots of shortcomings yes but talking about racism? You asshole!
Just because he's embarrassed for being inapt, he named Taiwan who's not even a WHO member and is constantly bullied by the WHO and China. Just because China is upset that Taiwan's won her reputation on the world stage. Just because the surgical masks Taiwan donated to frontline medical workers are top quality, unlike those rubbish ones China is selling to other countries. Just because Taiwan is sharing her experiences with many other countries and they appreciate it. Just because Taiwan's success comes from the deep deep distrust of China. This, is hugely offensive to this man.
Being black or African doesn't mean you are entitled to accuse other people of racism. Picking up some lunatic comments on the internet doesn't give you the right to smear the whole country. Why don't you tell your mate to displine Taiwan since you think China owns Taiwan? Didn't the WHO maintain the policy that everything about Taiwan needs to go through China? These two really make me sick.
