主料
3湯匙可可粉(過篩)
2湯匙白糖
200cc牛奶
50cc無糖鮮奶油
1/4茶匙香草精(可選)
20克你最喜歡的巧克力(可選)
少許鹽
1.放牛奶,可可粉,糖,香草精,巧克力,鹽在果子裡面然後加熱(小中火)然後一次mix
可可和糖溶解時候慢慢加鮮奶油。
2.放棉花糖或爆米花在上面。
很好喝!

3 tablespoons cocoa powder(sieved)
2 tablespoons white sugar
200ml milk
50ml unsweetened cream
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
20g your favourite chocolate (optional)
a little salt
1. Place all the ingredients except the cream into a sauce pan over med-low heat. Keep whisking until the sugar, chocolate and cocoa have dissolved.
2. Gradually add the cream and continue to mix
Serve with marshmallows or popcorn on top!

150℃(302°F) 30-35min.
