The Combat Conditioning class is a non-contact using fighter training methods in a circuit class environment.This is ideal for advanced athletes as it is a great way to prepare the participants for the physical demands that combat sports (MMA, Muay Thai, Brazilian-JiuJitsu, Wrestling and Western Boxing) place upon its athletes. This extremely high paced and high intensity class is for athletes with an advanced level of fitness and training.
The class is run by John Priest and Andrew Wood. With a combined 20 years experience, John and Andrew offer veteran knowledge in the field of athletic training, both with a focus on high level athletic training and performance enhancement.

Please READ this box for more info. This is a high intensity fat burning workout which aims to burn up to 300 calories in 20 minutes. Perform 8 exercises in 8 minutes without stopping then rest for a minute and repeat the whole circuit again. If you can, push yourself for the third circuit to.
This video will guide you from the beginning - 3 mins warm up, high intensity circuit training and finish off with quick stretches.
Each exercise is to be performed for 45 secs, rest for 15 secs then move straight on to the next exercise until you've completed the whole circuit.
Exercises:
1) Jump Squat
2) Push-ups
3) Burpees
4) Mountain Climber
5) Lunges
6) Plank & Push-ups
7) Dips
8) Crunches with Leg Extension
There are lots of jumping involve, so before you start this workout, check that you're physically fit.

Here's your challenge, for the next 4 weeks, complete this 4-Minute PLANK Challenge at the end of every workout session. Don't worry if you can't complete the entire 4 minutes. Keep pushing yourself a little further every time. You will only get stronger and in 4 weeks time, trust me, you'll be able to complete this challenge!! Duration: 4 minutes
Circuit: 8 exercises. Complete 1 circuit at the end of every workout session.
Interval: 30 secs each plank and straight on to the next plank without any rest in between. Beginners, you can perform 20 secs each plank and rest 10 secs between exercises.
