今天是美國的巧克力日 (正好趕得上萬聖節)！🍫
巧克力由可可樹種子製成，是絕佳的抗氧化食物。美國是台灣最大的巧克力進口來源國，美國M&M'S與Hershey's巧克力在台灣廣受歡迎。台灣當然也生產高品質的巧克力，2017年的國際巧克力大賽金牌就第一次獎落台灣，由福灣莊園生產的鐵觀音黑巧克力奪得頭籌。台灣用「產地直送到餐桌」的巧克力贏得國際評審的心 ♥️

Taiwan also produces award-winning chocolates. In 2017, Taiwan won its first gold medal at the International Chocolate Awards. The Tie Guan Yin tea-flavored dark chocolate by Fu Wan Chocolate, Taiwan’s unique tree-to-bar chocolate, was a favorite among the judges.

最近剛從家X福買了一小罐純可可粉
聽說Hershey's cocoa這個品牌的是蠻有名的巧克力製造商的公司
不會太大罐，所以不會怕一個人太多喝不完，就給他買下去了
剛剛拿來試泡喝看看
但是我忘記他是純的可可粉，再加上剛剛舀的太多匙
所以喝起來有點苦
或許是沒概念，以為跟沖泡阿華田一樣就可以了
但是因為比例不對，喝起來過濃了 ><
雖然可可粉聞起來很香，不過有沒有什麼樣的沖泡比例或是要再加入什麼會讓它更好喝呢
因為自己愚笨的行為，結果把好的東西變的不好喝了
實在很可惜啊~
所以想問問巧克力達人們，謝謝
