🥺I walked into De La Belle with an exhausted body due to long-standing insomnia exacerbated by regular intense workouts. It was such a beautiful surprise to see the cosy room was already decorated with extensive floral arrangements, making the spa ambience extra romantic and inviting!

🛀🏻I was first pampered with a herbal bath consisting of Chinese traditional herbs that’s said to be a thousand-year-old special formula passed down from a certain tribe in ancient China that help to detoxify the body, improve blood circulation, stimulate the digestive system, maintain youth & overall health.

💆🏻♀️Following the first round of herbal bath was a mini full body massage, targeted at specific areas at your request. After the second round of herbal bath, I was treated to another body massage and a guasha type of head massage. Having been a long time skeptic of TCM, I have never tried gua sha so initially I was a little worried what the therapist is going to do to me with her little black tool made from “黑玉石” . 😅 A few moments into the session, I felt a relaxing sensation where all the knots around my temples, back of my head and the base of my skull all loosened up and my tension headache amazingly vanished!
