หน้ากากวิ่ง 5 แบบที่คนไทยใช้
1. N95 ส่วน flexible metal strip กดแนบสันจมูกและใบหน้า, curve ด้านล่างแนบกระชับใต้คาง strap บนล่างดึงกระชับส่วนด้านข้างของ mask อัดกับใบหน้า การสวมใส่ที่ถูกต้องจะป้องกัน Particulate Matter หรือฝุ่นผงขนาดตั้งแต่ 2.5 ไมครอนลงมาได้ ~95% แต่ตระหนักไว้ว่าไม่ใช่ 100%!! และหน้ากากไม่ได้ถูกออกแบบมาให้ใช้ในการออกกำลังระดับสูง การแนบกระชับไม่สามารถทำได้เต็มที่เหมือนขณะพัก นอกจากนั้นหน้ากากจะเพิ่มแรงต้านการหายใจ ทำให้หายใจได้ลำบากขึ้น HR จะเข้าโซนเร็วกว่าปกติ ใน well-trained athletes จะทนทานได้ในระดับหนึ่ง แต่นักวิ่งหน้าใหม่ กลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ หรือผู้ป่วย เป็นอันตรายได้
