1. Cable wide grip pull downs/seated cable rows superset @ 5 X 10-12reps
2. Hammer Strength Plate loaded alternate single side standing rows/plate loaded seat pullover machine superset @ 4 X 10-12 reps
3. Life Fitness wide grip machine for upper and mid traps/back extensions @ 4 X 10-12reps
4. FST-7 cable pullover @ 12-15reps
