Chè khúc bạch phô mai, trà xanh cho ngày hè nóng nực 🔥🥴🥴
- Chè khúc bạch
1400ml sữa half and half
56g Gelatin
4 cục phô mai bò cười
500gr đường
1 mcf green tea powder
1 mcf cacao powder
Cho half&half vào nồi nấu lửa nhỏ với 500gr đường cho tan
Phô mai tán nhuyễn, đợi sữa tan đường thì cho phô mai vào nấu cho tan hết phô mai
Ngâm gelatin với 400ml nước cho Gelatin nở đều , tầm 10 phút
Khoáy đều nồi sữa cho tan hết đường và phô mai, sau đó cho Gelatin đã nỡ vào nồi sữa khoáy đến khi nào tan hết Gelatin
Nếu muốn làm thêm vị trà xanh, chocolate thì chia lượng sữa đó thành 3 phần
- Phần khúc bạch phô mai cho almond flavor vào cho thơm, khoáy đều và cho vào khuôn để tủ lạnh tầm
- Phần khúc bạch trà xanh: pha green tea powder với nước cho loãng rồi pha vào phần sữa . Khoáy đều và cho vào khuôn để tủ lạnh
- Phần khúc bạch chocolate: pha cacao powder với nước cho loãng rồi pha vào phần sữa đã nấu. Khoáy đều và cho vào khuôn để tủ lạnh
- KHÚC BẠCH ĐỂ TỦ LẠNH TẦM 4-5 TIẾNG LÀ LẤY SẮT ĐƯỢC RỒI NGHEN
Phần nước đường: 400gr đường + 1200ml nước + lá dứa rửa sạch cột lại thành bó. Nấu đến khi nào tan đường , nước đường thơm lá dứa.
- Nếu sử dụng vải lon, khui lấy trái vải rửa sạch lại với nước lạnh và cho phần vải đó vào nước đường đã nấu. Mình k thích cái nước đường trong lon nên mình k cho vào, ai thích thì cứ cho vào ha
- Nếu sử dụng vải tươi thì tách hột vải bỏ đi và cho phần thịt vải vào nước đường

{LA華麗珍奶}午後小憩醒来,睡眼惺忪隨手紮個丸子頭,原本方位應該在正上方,在前陣子看完花千骨後,怕被誤認像子畫,所幸稍微往左移了45度。理智尚未歸位前甜癮發作的下場,就是手中突然出現了一杯Half & Half Tea House 伴伴堂的巨無霸但伴奶,這杯號稱珍奶的極品變形,台魂卻硬是多了一份西式的天馬行空和甜蜜:布丁+珍珠+不含咖啡因的特製奶飲+黑糖。自己喝得過癮,沒想到走在路上,也意外招惹不少孩子們的注目禮,尊榮感加身,瞬間覺得自己神氣了起來😜😜

フローズンコーヒー4選
■コーヒーチョコチップスムージー
2人分
材料:
コーヒー 360ml (淹れて冷ましておく)
牛乳60ml + 生クリーム60ml
チョコレートチップ 60g + 適量(砕いておく、トッピング用)
砂糖 大さじ2
コーヒー豆 6粒
ホイップクリーム 適量(トッピング用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿にコーヒーを注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。
2.ミキサーにコーヒーアイス、ハーフ&ハーフ、チョコレートチップ、砂糖、コーヒー豆を入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
3.(2)をグラスに注ぎ、ホイップクリームと砕いたチョコレートチップをのせたら、完成!
■抹茶バニラスムージー
2人分
材料:
熱湯 360ml (抹茶小さじ1/2を溶かして、冷ましておく)
牛乳 120ml
砂糖 大さじ2
バニラエクストラクト 小さじ1
ホイップクリーム 適量 (トッピング用)
抹茶 適量 (トッピング用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿に抹茶を注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。
2.ミキサーに抹茶アイス、牛乳、砂糖、バニラエクストラクトを入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
3. (2)をグラスに注ぎ、ホイップクリームをのせ、抹茶をかけたら、完成!
■タイティースムージー
2人分
材料:
タイティー 360ml (淹れて冷ましておく)
牛乳 120ml
練乳 60ml
ホイップクリーム 適量 (トッピング用)
スターアニス 2個 (盛り付け用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿にタイティーを注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。
2.ミキサーにタイティーアイス、牛乳、練乳を入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
3.(2)をグラスに注ぎ、ホイップクリームをのせてスターアニスを添えたら、完成!
■ピーナッツバターバナナスムージー
2人分
材料:
コーヒー 360ml (淹れて冷ましておく)
ピーナッツバター 大さじ2
牛乳 120ml
チョコレートシロップ 大さじ2 + 適量(トッピング用)
バナナ 1本 (熟したもの)
ホイップクリーム 適量(トッピング用)
作り方:
1.製氷皿にコーヒーを注ぐ。少なくとも4時間、または一晩凍らせる。
2.ミキサーにコーヒーアイス、ピーナッツバター、牛乳、チョコレートシロップ、バナナを入れ、滑らかになるまで混ぜる。
3.(2)をグラスに注ぎ、ホイップクリームをのせてチョコレートシロップをかけたら、完成!
Caffeinated Smoothies 4 Ways
Java Chip Caffeinated Smoothie
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups coffee(360 mL), brewed, cooled
½ cup half & half(120 mL)
⅓ cup chocolate chips(60 g), plus more, crushed for topping
2 tablespoons sugar
6 coffee beans
whipped cream, for topping
Preparation:
1.Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the coffee ice cubes, half and half, chocolate chips, sugar, and coffee beans to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate chips.
4.Enjoy!
Vanilla Matcha Caffeinated Smoothie
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups hot water(360 mL), mixed with 1½ teaspoons matcha powder, cooled
½ cup whole milk(120 mL)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
whipped cream, for topping
1 pinch matcha powder, for topping
Preparation:
1.Pour the matcha mixture into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the matcha ice cubes, milk, sugar, and vanilla to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and a pinch of matcha powder.
4.Enjoy!
Thai Iced Tea Caffeinated Smoothie
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups thai tea(360 mL), brewed, cooled
½ cup whole milk(120 mL)
¼ cup sweetened condensed milk(75 g)
whipped cream, for topping
2 whole star anises, for garnish
Preparation:
1.Pour the Thai tea into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the Thai tea ice cubes, milk, and sweetened condensed milk to a blender and blend until smooth
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream. Garnish with star anise.
4.Enjoy!
Peanut Butter Banana Caffeinated Smoothie
for 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 ½ cups coffee(360 mL), brewed, cooled
2 tablespoons peanut butter
½ cup whole milk(120 mL)
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup, plus more for topping
1 ripe banana
whipped cream, for topping
Preparation:
1.Pour the coffee into an ice cube tray. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
2.Add the coffee ice cubes, peanut butter, milk, chocolate syrup, and banana to a blender. Blend until smooth.
3.Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.
4.Enjoy!
