ฮ่องกงและไทย ออกข้อตกลงใหม่ร่วมกัน เรื่องการตรวจคนเข้าเมือง (ต.ม) โดยจะมีผลบังคับใช้ตั้งแต่วันนี้ (15 กย 61) เป็นต้นไปค่ะ
.
ข้อตกลงนี้ อธิบายง่ายๆ คือ เวลาคนไทยเข้า-ออกฮ่องกงผ่าน ต.ม. ฮ่องกง สามารถ #ผ่านเครื่องไม่ต้องผ่านคน หรือ ใช้ช่อง e-channel แทนช่องที่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ ต.ม. ได้แล้ว ทั้งที่สนามบินฮ่องกง, ด่าน Lo Wu, ท่าเรือไปที่ต่างๆ เช่น มาเก๊า หรือ จีน, ท่ารถบัส/รถไฟไปเมืองจีน ฯลฯ
.
โดยในทางกลับกัน คนฮ่องกงมาไทยก็ทำเช่นนี้ได้ แต่เฉพาะที่สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิและดอนเมืองเท่านั้นค่ะ
.
สำหรับ คนไทย ที่มีสิทธิ์ใช้ช่อง e-channel ที่ฮ่องกง จะต้อง:-
(1) มีอายุ 11 ปีขึ้นไป
(2) ถือพาสปอร์ตไทย ที่ยังมีอายุอย่างน้อย 6 เดือน
(3) เดินทางมาฮ่องกงอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ภายใน 12 เดือน ก่อนวันสมัครใช้ e-channel
(4) ไม่เคยมีประวัติร้ายแรงในฮ่องกง
หมายเหตุ:-
เงื่อนไขข้อ (3) จะได้รับยกเว้น หาก:-
- ถือ HKSAR Travel Pass หรือ
- ถือ APEC Business Card ที่มีคำว่า ‘HKG’ พิมพ์อยู่หลังบัตร หรือ
- เป็นสมาชิก Frequent Flyer (หรือ เข้าใจง่ายๆ สะสมไมล์) กับสายการบินที่ถูกรับรอง

แต่ทั้งนี้ #ต้องสมัครใช้งานeChannelก่อน โดย #สมัครฟรี ได้ที่ สำนักงานใหญ่ ตม ที่ Wan Chai, สนามบินฮ่องกง, หรือ ท่าเรือไปมาเก๊า
(หมายเหตุ: ยกเว้นคนที่ถือบัตร Frequent Visitors ของฮ่องกงอยู่แล้ว ก็ไม่ต้องสมัครแล้ว มีผลบังคับใช้ได้เลย ถ้าไม่ได้เปลี่ยนพาสปอร์ตใหม่)

เอกสารที่ต้องใช้ในการเตรียมตัวสมัคร e-channel คือ พาสปอร์ตไทยเท่านั้น หลังจากนั้น ต้องกรอกใบสมัคร พิมพ์ลายนิ้วมือ และถ่ายรูป ขณะสมัครต่อไป

Hong Kong and Thailand have issued a new deal together on immigration (Oct. M) it will be effective from today (15 Jul 61) onwards.
.
This deal is easy to explain. When Thai people enter-out of Hong Kong through the district. M. M Hong Kong can #pass the machine. No need to pass people or use e-channel instead of the channel with officers. M. M Got it. Hong Kong airport, lo wu, port to various places such as macau or China, bus / train to China, etc.
.
On the other hand, Hong Kong people come to Thailand can do this. But only at suvarnabhumi airport and don mueang.
.
For Thai people who have the right to use e-channel in Hong Kong must :-
(1) Age 11 years old
(2) Hold Thai passport that is still at least 6 months old.
(3) come to Hong Kong at least 1 times within 12 months before e-channel application date.
(4) there is never a serious history in Hong Kong.
Note :-
Terms (3) will be exempt if :-
- holding hksar travel pass?
- holding APEC BUSINESS CARD WITH THE WORD 'HKG' printed behind the card?
- become a member of frequent flyer (or easy to understand, collect miles) with Certified Airlines.

But #need to sign up for echannel first by #free application at immigration headquarters at wan chai, Hong Kong airport, or port to Macau.
(Note: except for Hong Kong's frequent visitors Card Holder, no need to apply. It can be used if you don't change the new passport)

Documents required to prepare for e-channel is Thai passport only. After that, fingerprint application and take photos while applying.
