บริเวนสะโพก ตอนนั้นก็คิดว่าเป็นก้อนเนื้องอกธรรมดา จึงตัด
สินใจจะผ่าออก แต่ด้วยน้องต้องทำงานอย่างหนักเพราะเป็นเสา
หลักของครอบครัว ที่ต้องเลี้ยงลูกอีก2คนภรรยาและแม่ของตัว
เองด้วย จึงผลัดการผ่าตัดมาเรื่อย จนกระทั้งก้อนเนื้อเริ่มอักเสบ
จนน้องเดินไม่ได้ จึงไปหาหมออีกที คราวนี้หมอต้องตัดชิ้นเนื้อ
ตรงบริเวนสะโพกไปตรวจ จึงพบว่าเป็นมะเร็ง ตอนนี้มะเร็งได้ลุก
ลามอย่างหนักกินเข้าไปถึงกระดูก ทำให้อวัยวะต่างๆมีผลกระ
ทบอย่างมาก ลูกอัณฑะบวมเปล่ง ขาบวม น้ำหนักลด ตอนนี้ไป
ไหนก็ไม่ได้เพราะเดินไม่ได้แล้ว งานก็ไม่ได้ทำ เงินที่เก็บเอาไว้
ให้ภรรยาทำทุนขายเสื้อผ้าก็หมด สิ่งของทุกอย่างที่มีก็ขายเอา
เงินมารักษาตัว ห้องที่เช่าอยู่ก็ติดเขาไว้หลายเดือนแล้ว ลูกก็
ต้องเรียนหนังสือ อีกคนก็ยังเล็ก..ตอนนี้คุณหมอนัดเกือบทุก
อาทิตย์ ต้องไปๆมาๆที่โรงพยาบาลบ่อยมาก วันที่ 29 สิงหาคม

No, I’m not describing your husbands (or, am I?). This is the life of a baby and if you’re breastfeeding or the food source for your baby, then a lot of your day (and night) will be taken up with either food production or food delivery.

這裡有幾個小攻略，是我從第一次親餵到現在學到的經驗，第二波跟你們分享小撇步：
A few tips I’ve learned from the first time around and now, the second time.

必備工具：
Tools to have:

-哺乳枕(或很多個枕頭)：使用這些來確保你和你的寶寶處在最舒適的姿勢，因為你會經常且長時間處在這個姿勢。
Breastfeeding pillow (or pillows). Use these to make sure you and your baby are in the most comfortable position you can possibly be in, because you will be in this position often, and for long periods of time.

-哺乳巾：當你在公共場合而且不想吸引大家目光時使用。
Breastfeeding cover (for when you’re in the public and don’t feel like flashing everybody)

-集乳器：收集從另一個ㄋㄟㄋㄟ流出來的多的母奶，不要浪費任何好東西！
Silicon pump - to collect that extra milk that comes out the other boobie. Don’t waste any good stuff!

-溢乳墊：如果你剛好不方便露出你的美胸給全世界看，那麼吸收任何額外母奶的溢乳墊會是一個很好的選擇。除非你喜歡在所有襯衫上都有兩塊濕濕的印記。
Breastfeeding pads (But if it’s just not convenient to have both boobs out, then breast pads to collect any extra dripping is probably a good thing. Unless you like having two wet patches on all of your shirts.)

-乳頭霜。乳頭霜。乳頭霜。 (給破裂或疼痛的乳頭)
Nipple cream. Nipple cream. Nipple cream. (for those cracked, or painful nipples)

-乾式紙巾/口水巾
Dry wipes/drool wipes

-哺乳內衣和上衣：可以直接開扣就餵奶。太方便了！有內衣、上衣、洋裝、襯衫等各種選擇，可以幫助你的寶寶更輕鬆地“使用”ㄋㄟㄋㄟ，不需要脫掉所有衣服。
Breastfeeding bras and tops. Clip on and off. So convenient. There are bras, bra tops, dresses, shirts, all sorts of things which can help your baby get access to your boobie easier without you having to take off all of your clothes.

-媽媽茶：發奶的飲料，卵磷脂有助於產生更多的母奶，還可以幫助解決乳腺阻塞。
Herbal teas, breast milk inducing drinks, lecithin powders to help produce more milk, but also to help from clogging your ducts.

-母乳儲存袋：可以裝多餘的母奶然後冷凍起來，之後可以給寶寶喝或做其他用途使用。
Milk storage bags - for all that (hopefully) excess breast milk you will have and can freeze and use later.

-嬰兒紀錄APP：可以幫助你紀錄寶寶什麼時候進食、撒尿/大便、睡覺，因為時間飛快，你有孩子之後，當你準備坐上馬桶或喝個下午茶時，突然之間，又到了再次餵他們的時間了。
Baby app on the phone to help you remember when the baby ate, peed/pooped, slept because time flies when you have a baby and just when you are ready to sit down on the toilet or have a nice cup of tea with biscuit, suddenly, it’s time to feed them again.

一些通用規則：
A few general rules:

-親餵(或擠出來)通常是為了避免乳房腫脹，也可以維持母奶供應。
Breastfeed (or pump) often to avoid engorgement, or worse, mastitis, and also to maintain your supply of breastmilk.

-經常更換餵奶姿勢，尤其是如果你的胸部有硬塊或阻塞(一般姿勢：橄欖球式、搖籃式、側躺式、倒立…，是的，你躺著並且寶寶躺在旁邊但是倒過來…)。如果你有任何疑問，請諮詢專業哺乳顧問。
Change your feeding position often especially if you have hard lumps or clogging in a particular part of your boob (general positions: football, cradle, lying down, upside down… yes, as in, you are lying down and your baby is lying next to you but upside down…). Ask a lactation consultant if you have any questions or issues.

-熱敷、熱水淋浴、按摩，都非常適合母乳分泌或緩解乳腺阻塞。
Hot compresses, hot showers, massages, vibration are great to ease the milk out or for clogged milk ducts.

-如果你的ㄋㄟㄋㄟ太脹了覺得不舒服，冰敷是很好的選擇。
Cold compresses are good if you are overly engorged and the boobies are feeling uncomfortable.

-最後，小姐…媽媽們，我知道我們都認為自己的孩子是世界上最可愛的寶寶 (不是，因為我的才是。哈哈！開玩笑的啦…還是是真的呢！？)，但是，你需要在親餵的時候停止低頭看他/她，因為你會和我一樣，覺得脖子很酸痛，也會造成背痛和頭痛，這又是另一個po文了……
And, ladies… mommies, I know you think your child is the cutest most adorable thing on the planet (it’s not, because mine is. Just kidding. Or am I?), but you need to stop looking down at him/her while breastfeeding because you, like me, are going to get neck aches, which can lead to back pain and also headaches. But that’s WHOLE DIFFERENT post…

Gooey on the inside, we made a large doughnut-like glacage dessert. When you cut it, condensed milk cream flows out from the inside. Have fun eating it!
*Recipe*（21 cm diameter）
Make coffee mousse.
１．Whip 500ml of whipping cream to a mostly stiff peak.
２．Bloom 25g of powder gelatin in 150ml (5x water) of water.
３．Add 10 egg yolks, 500ml milk, 150g granulated sugar, and 10 teaspoons instant coffee (15g) in a pot and place it over low heat.
４．When the mixture thickens slightly, remove from heat.
５．Dissolve ２ in the mixture and filter it through a sieve.
６．Chill ５ with ice water to thicken.
７．Add１, and mix.
８．Pour 7 into a mold. Keep the excess mousse (about 100g).
９．Solidify it in a freezer.

Make condensed milk cream.
１０．Add 1 tablespoon of whipping cream (16g) to 140g of sweetened condensed milk and mix. The total volume of this mixture will be about 120ml.
１１．Remove 9 from the freezer once frozen.
１２．Pour 10 to the mousse from 11 with divots.
１３．Layer 12 with the mousse without divots.
１４．Fill the joints with the remaining mousse from 8. If the mousse becomes soft, freeze it again to make it easier to work with.
１５．Chill in a freezer.

Make caramel glacage.
１６．Bloom 6g of powder gelatin in 30ml of water.
１７．Place 120g sugar and 45ml water in a pot and place it over medium heat.
１８．Occassionally shake the pot, and turn off heat when the color turns brown.
１９．Add 150ml of boiling water (have the lid ready to protect from spatter).
２０．Add 150ml whipping cream, and heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
２１．Add 16 to dissolve, and filter through a sieve.
２２．Chill with ice water until the mixture thickens.
２３．Pour 22 on 15.
２４．Add decorations.
２５．Finished! Cut into pieces, and enjoy the gooey condensed milk cream that flows out. In any case, it was hard to secure a spot in the freezer.

If it is too large for you to finish:
Add 60g egg white (2 eggs worth) and 70g sugar to 260g of the remaining dessert. Sift 100g flour and 1g baking powder, and add them, along with 30g of chocolate chips, to the mixture. Pour the mixture into a pound cake mold. Bake for 35 minutes in a 180 degree Celsius oven for a chewy cake. You can also make this in a cupcake mold, or eat it cold.

*レシピ*（直径 21センチ）
コーヒームースを作ります。
１．生クリーム 500mlを7分立てにしておく。
２．粉ゼラチン 25gを水 150ml（5倍の水）でふやかしておく。
３．鍋に卵黄 10個、牛乳 500ml、グラニュー糖 150g、インスタントコーヒー 小さじ10（15g）を入れ、混ぜながら弱火にかける。
４．とろみが付いたら火から下ろす。
５．２を加え混ぜ溶かし、網で濾す。
６．５を氷水で冷やしながら、とろみを付ける。
７．１を加え、混ぜる。
８．型に７を入れる。ムースは100gほど余るが、取っておく。
９．冷凍庫で固める。

練乳クリームを作ります。
１０．加糖練乳 140gに生クリーム 大さじ 1（16g）を加え混ぜる。全体で120mlくらいです。

１１．冷凍した９を取り出す。
１２．１１のくぼみのある方のムースに１０を流し入れる。
１３．１２にくぼみのない方のムースを重ねる。
１４．８の残りのムースでつなぎ目を埋める。ムースが柔らかくなってしまったら冷凍しながらやると作業がスムーズです。
１５．冷凍庫で冷やす。

キャラメルグラサージュを作ります。
１６．水 30mlに粉ゼラチン 6gを入れてふやかしておく。
１７．鍋に砂糖 120gと水 45mlを入れ中火にかける。
１８．時々、鍋を揺すりながら加熱し、茶色になったら火を止める。
１９．熱湯 150mlを入れる。（ハネるので蓋を用意すること）
２０．生クリーム 150mlも加え、再び火にかけ、沸騰するまで加熱する。
２１．１６を加え混ぜ溶かし、網で濾す。
２２．氷水で冷やしながら、とろみが付くまで冷やす。

２３．１５に２２をかける。
２４．デコする。
２５．できあがり。切り分けて、トロッと流れ出す練乳クリームを楽しむ。それにしても、冷凍庫の場所の確保が大変だった。

もし、大きすぎて食べきれない時は！
余ったデザート 260gに卵白 60g（2個分）、砂糖 70gを混ぜる。薄力粉100gとベーキングパウダー 1gをふるったものを加え混ぜたら、チョコチップ 30gも混ぜパウンド型などに入れる。180度に予熱したオーブンで35分ほど焼くと、ムチッとしたケーキができます。カップケーキ型で焼いたり、冷やして食べても美味しいです。

Hi my lovelies, please READ this box for more info in regards to some questions you might have. How I get a flat belly effectively with these simple workouts in under 5 minutes. These moves are suitable for beginners and I will be showing and explaining to you step by step to master the moves. If you are busy, then this is good as it takes less than 5 minutes.

1) How often should I do this workout?
Do 15-20 repetitions and 3-4sets for each exercise, 3-4 times weekly on alternate days. If you are a beginner, start slow and increase the reps and sets as you progress.

2) Should I only do this workout?
For best result, combine it with consistent total body workouts (3-4 times weekly) and have a healthy, clean, balanced diet (that's a huge part to getting a flat belly). You can refer to my other workout videos for an effective total body workouts. If you are a beginner, try my "Beginner Fat Burning" workout video with this. =)

3) When will I start to see the difference (or get a flat belly)?
For this workout and any other workouts in general, you should feel and see the difference in 4-6 weeks. This varies individually depending on how much body fat you have to lose, the safe and sustainable weight loss ratio is 1-2lbs per week. Again, combine this workout with total body workouts to burn off the excess fat.

4) Can I do this workout more frequently for quicker results?
Doing this workout more frequently doesn't equal quicker result, it's a combination of total body workouts to burn the excess fat off and a good clean diet. Allowing your muscles to rest and recover is as important too - hence do it on alternate days.

5) I feel the strain on my lower back instead of abs and my lower back is arching. Am I doing it wrong?
If you are new to this workout, It's comment to arch our back because our ab muscles are not as strong yet. Slow down the pace and focus on getting the right technique initially.
So only bring your legs down as low as you can without arching your back. It's alright if it's only half way through because it's more important that we don't feel the strain on our lower back, and focus on working the abs muscles. You can also support your lower back by placing your hand directly under your lower back. As your abs get stronger, you will find that you will be able to bring your legs down even more.

6) I want to get a flat belly in 1 week or 2 weeks. What can I do?
It's important to set yourself a realistic goal. We do not put on weight / belly fat overnight, hence it will take time for us to lose the weight too. The sooner you stop looking for shortcuts, instead trust yourself and your hard work, the sooner you will see results. Start by cleaning up your food; so no junks, fried food, soda drink and reduce the amount you eat. If you consume less than your body burns, that's when you lose weight. And of course combine it with total body workouts 5-6 days a week for quick and best result.
