My cravings were satisfied instantaneously by my husband.Last night before i went to sleep, i told @deon.woo i felt like eating gyudon. But he said i cant eat half-cooked eggs nor half-cooked beef. Seeing my disappointment, he said hell cook it in the way that i can eat it.Tonight, he wiped up a really nice bowl of gyudon with toasted sesame! Call it a Cantonese gyudon. We first stir fry minced beef with green peas, using a mix of very simple seasoning. And while still piping hot, crack a whole egg on it.

Next, immediately mix the smooth, creamy egg into the mix of savoury beef with steaming hot rice and just DIG IN!

My cravings were satisfied instantaneously by my husband.

Last night before i went to sleep, i told @deon.woo i felt like eating gyudon. But he said i can't eat half-cooked eggs nor half-cooked beef. Seeing my disappointment, he said he'll cook it in the way that i can eat it.

200g Thinly Sliced Beef With A Little Fat (0.441 lb)
1/2 Onion (130g/4.59 oz)
5g Ginger (0.176 oz)
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Sake
1tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Hon-Mirin
100ml Water (3.38 u.s. fl. oz)
1/2 tsp Granulated Dashi
2 Eggs
Beni Shoga - Japanese Pickled Ginger
Shichimi - Seven Flavor Chili Pepper

牛肉：200gバラ肉か切り落とし用の脂身のある肉。しゃぶしゃぶ用の厚さ（0.2ミリ）がベスト。なければ肉屋さんにできるだけ薄く切ってもらってください。
