發物泛指易引起上火、生痰、發瘡、過敏、或令舊疾復發、新病加重的食物,對於有濕疹或皮膚過敏的朋友都應該知道,濕疹或敏感發作期吃竹筍、蝦蟹、牛肉或鵝肉,痕癢不適絕對會一發不可收拾,但原來很多朋友不知道的是,常見的蔬菜如茄子,也是發物的一員,中醫典藉有說:「多食動風氣、發瘡疥,諸病人莫食」,可見茄子為動風發物,容易透發或加重皮膚瘡瘍腫毒症狀,皮膚敏感、濕疹患者或容易出風癩者尤其不宜吃。
時值初秋,是吃茄子的好季節,這種蔬菜也是不少媽媽的喜愛,貪其健康又美味,而且煮法多多,不論是魚香茄子、蒸或煎釀茄子,總是可在廣東家庭家常菜找到它的蹤影!原來在濕疹或皮膚敏感時,茄子這種健康的蔬菜也要盡量避免,否則會愈吃愈痕!
茄子-性涼,有清熱活血,寬腸通便的功效,適合三高及有痔瘡人士食用。正因其性涼,脾胃虛寒易腹瀉,有皮膚病如濕疹或皮膚過敏、哮喘、癌症、紅斑狼瘡症患者不宜。
長茄子:常見為紫、白及青色,多用於中式烹煮,如紅燒、蒸、煎釀等
圓茄子:有圓形或橢圓形,有常見於日式料理及西式烤焗,配以肉醬及芝士
小茄子:有多種不同大小,有紫及青色,多用於東南亞料理,如泰式冬蔭功湯或青咖哩

VSS REWIND- NHÌN LẠI MỘT NĂM CỦA VSS
Giao thừa đã điểm, một năm mới đã mở ra với nhiều niềm vui và thử thách mới. Tại thời điểm chuyển giao với nhiều cảm xúc này, VSS xin được chia sẻ vài câu chuyện của mình để nhìn lại những gì chúng ta đã cùng nhau làm được trong năm vừa qua.

Ý tưởng về một không gian kết nối dành cho cộng đồng đã được hai người bạn thân, đồng nghiệp thân thiết nhen nhóm từ năm 2017 tại một ngôi trường tuyệt vời ở nước Đan Mạch xa xôi. Ngay sau khi về Việt Nam, hai người bạn này đã bắt tay vào hành động mang ý tưởng đó từ trên giấy thành hiện thực.
Những bước đi đầu tiên không hề dễ dàng vì hai bạn chưa hề có kinh nghiệm hay chuyên môn gì trong lĩnh vực này. Nhưng hai bạn không hề đơn độc. Người đầu tiên bị thuyết phục và đồng hành cùng hai bạn là một bạn trẻ ôm mơ mộng làm được điều gì đó tốt đẹp cho một thế giới nơi mọi người đều yêu thương lẫn nhau.
Cứ thế 3 “ngự lâm quân" đầu tiên của VSS vừa làm từng bước, vừa học từ sai lầm và những người giỏi xung quanh, và cuối cùng VSS đã chính thức nhận được “giấy khai sinh" chứng nhận về sự ra đời của mình vào ngày 05/3/2018.

Không gian VSS đã được thành lập tại Hội An và Hà Nội với mục tiêu tạo nên một không gian cho những người có chung lí tưởng, giá trị sống tốt đẹp, đến gặp gỡ, kết nối, chia sẻ và truyền cảm hứng; đồng thời giới thiệu các vấn đề về môi trường cũng như lối sống bền vững tới các bạn trẻ khác. VSS hướng tới thực hành những điều dù nhỏ bé nhưng kiên trì và bền bỉ, với hi vọng những người theo dõi và đồng hành cùng VSS đều có thể hưởng lơị từ những giá trị VSS tạo ra và có một cuộc sống tốt đẹp, hạnh phúc hơn.

Trên đường đi, VSS đã may mắn tìm được 1 ngự lâm quân “siêu nhân” khác, các tình nguyện viên tuyệt vời và những anh chị trong Ban tư vấn giỏi giang đồng hành cùng chăm sóc và phát triển không gian của chúng mình. Chúng mình đã cùng nhau thực hiện những hoạt động:
-Trạm lấy nước uống miễn phí
-Đổi đồ, đôỉ sách
-Quán cafe tự phục vụ
-Giới thiệu và bán sản phẩm eco
-Refillables station (điểm mua sản phẩm không bao bì)
-Truyền thông nâng cao nhận thức và hỗ trợ truyền thông các tổ chức liên quan
-Cung cấp không gian miễn phí cho các hội nhóm, tổ chức cộng động
-Chiếu phim giáo dục
-Tổ chức event, workshop
-Vận hành các câu lạc bộ hàng tuần: clb không nói, âm nhạc,...
-Tham gia hoạt động của các đơn vị đồng hành: vớt rác, làm sản phẩm, ...

Trong 10 tháng hoạt động, VSS đã dành được rất nhiều tình cảm từ các anh chị và các bạn. Điều đó được thể hiện một phần qua những con số mà VSS rất ấn tượng và cảm kích.
- Fanpage Vietnam Sustainable Space đã nhận được 14,771 lượt thích và 15,063 người theo dõi hoạt động của tổ chức.
- VSS Hội An tiếp đón ~ 3000 lượt khách ghé thăm trong đó có khoảng 1100 lượt khách trong nước và khoảng 1900 lượt khách quốc tế.
- VSS đã tổ chức và đồng tổ chức 42 workshop, event, với 119.800 lượt truy cập. Những event nổi bật có thể kể đến: Đổi đồ cũ, vẽ màu nước, học làm túi đi chợ, băng vệ sinh vải, làm sổ tay, làm xà phòng từ dầu ăn cũ, khắc gỗ thủ công, làm đèn ông sao,...
- VSS đã đồng hành cùng 10 nhà sản xuất địa phương và 12 tổ chức cộng đồng

VSS REWIND 2018
A new year with new promising joys and challenges has just come. In the middle of this transition with mix feeling, VSS would like to share some of our stories to look back on what we have done together in the past year.
The idea of a space for the community has been embraced by two friends and colleagues since 2017 at a wonderful school in Denmark. Right after returning to Vietnam, these two began to take action to bring that idea from paper into reality.
The first steps were not easy because they have no experience or expertise in this field. But they are not alone. The first person who was persuaded and accompanied with the founders was a young man who dreamed of doing something good for a world where everyone loved each other.
So the first three "musketeers" of VSS have just taken steps, learned from mistakes and good people around, and finally VSS has officially received the "birth certificate” recognising its existence on March 5, 2018.
VSS’ spaces were established in Hoi An and Hanoi with the goal of creating a space for those who share the same ideals and living values, meet up, connect, share and inspire; besides, it hopes to introduce environmental issues as well as sustainable lifestyles to other young people. VSS aims to practice small but persistent and persistent actions, with the hope that those who follow and accompany VSS can enjoy from VSS’s values that it creates and enjoy a better and better life.
Along the way, VSS was fortunate to find another “super musketeer", wonderful volunteers and outstanding consultants to take care of and develop our space together. Together, we have done:
- Free water refill station
- Clothing and books swap
- Self-service cafe
- Introducing and selling eco products
- Refillables station
- Communication activities to raise awareness and support communication of related organizations
- Offering free space for community development activities
- Education film projection
- Organizing events, workshops
- Operating weekly clubs: silent clubs, music club, etc.
- Participating in activities of our partners
In 10 months of operation, VSS has received so much love from you. It is partly reflected by the numbers which make us impressed and appreciated.
- Fanpage Vietnam Sustainable Space has received 14,771 likes and 15,063 followers of the organization's activities.
- Hoi An VSS welcomed ~ 3000 visitors, including about 1100 Vietnamese visitors and about 1900 international visitors.
- VSS organized and co-organized 42 workshops, events, with 119,800 reaches. The outstanding events can be mentioned: Clothing and books swap, watercolor drawing, learning to make DIY shopping bags, cloth sanitary napkins, making DIY notebooks, soap from old cooking oil, craft wood carving, making five-star shaped lanterns, etc.
